There are two forms of government in the Just Order: Legal Order and Military Rule. In the legal order, rules prevail, sharia prevails. In military administration, the chain of command is dominant. The Fair Order sets forth the provisions in the legal order. In military administration, orders are valid, not rules.
Muslims cannot carry weapons outside, they do not serve in the military, they pay the price. They do not participate in diets. Female Muslims cannot carry weapons or defend others.
The wedding is for publicity. A wedding ceremony is held to announce that the man and woman, their parents, and their children have gotten married.

According to the Quran, there are four solidarity partnerships. There is no difference between men and women in their scientific and moral solidarity partnerships. There is a division of labor in professional solidarity partnerships. Women perform the physical services of the house, while men carry the financial obligations. Men's duties and rights in inheritance and loan usage rights are different. In employment credit, there is a wage credit and there is a capital credit. Men and women receive the wage credit themselves. The woman takes the capital loan but lets the man use it. In politics, women neither pay the jizya nor are they responsible for compensation or diet.
How will copyright be in the Fair Order?
The universe was created for humans. Everyone has the right to benefit from the opportunities of the Universe free of charge under equal conditions. If resources are limited, they are shared equally. If this is the place, the time of use is shared equally. Everyone has the right to use the place they occupy until they vacate it. He uses it against other places. Ownership of places and goods obtained by human labor. In other words, not what is obtained through labor itself is protected, but the labor therein is protected. Apart from this, people can help each other benefit from their own values.
He/she may receive a fee for the time spent during the benefit. But there are no rights other than things and place. People received all the information from the community and not in a certain amount from a certain place. It is not known exactly what was learned from whom. Therefore, there is no such thing as copyright. Someone writes a poem and someone else reads it. The person who writes poetry has no right to poetry. The reader does not have any rights just because he reads. You are only charged for the time you spend.
Therefore, rights such as copyright cannot be claimed. If the person who wishes adopts the sentence he wants, that sentence is now his sentence too. In addition, those who conduct scientific studies and produce works of art receive a share from the community, that is, from the budget, in return for the time they spend. In the Quran, these shares are called müellefe-i kulub shares. 1/12 of the parish budget is their right. They are allocated a share not because they do science but because they are scholars, not because they do art but because they are arts. With this share, they can use their time as they wish.
For example, the Ottomans gave the title of lecturer, that is, professor, and gave them a salary. They did not interfere with what lesson he taught or whether he taught it or not. The works are put in order by the solidarity partnerships and the amount allocated that year is distributed: 1 to the first, ½ to the second, 1/3 to the third... This means that every producer of a work receives a share, more or less. This order is determined by the solidarity partnerships to which the work relates.
Paper money and printing money are paid for printed books. Today's copyrights or patents are an institution invented to make money for Capital and to give it to its monopoly. Since those who make inventions or write books do not have the opportunity to distribute or sell them, they transfer them to them at cheap prices and other people cannot use them and monopoly exploitation continues and causes backwardness.
For example, many things have been found instead of oil in energy production, but since these are covered by patents, they cannot be put into action until the oil runs out.
