Is there a higher organization in the Fair Order like today's RTÜK?

There are two forms of government in the Just Order: Legal Order and Military Government. In the legal order, rules prevail, sharia prevails. In military administration, the chain of command is dominant. The Fair Order sets forth the provisions in the legal order. In military rule, orders, not rules, apply.

Everyone is free in the legal order. No one is prevented from committing a crime. If someone is going to steal, let him steal; if he is going to kill, let him kill. Nobody interferes with anyone else.

All kinds of vehicles are free. Opium is not prohibited. Smoking is not prohibited. Drinking may be prohibited. Therefore, there is no such thing as censorship in the legal system. Anyone who wants can say what they want and publish what they want.

After the act is committed, it goes to the judiciary consisting of arbitrators. If it is a political crime against the community, corporal punishment is given. The thieves' arms are cut off. Criminals and slanderers are beaten. These are not crimes committed against individuals. These are crimes committed against the state because they prevent the state from doing its duty. For this reason it cannot be forgiven.

Retaliation is essential for injustices committed by people against each other. If committed openly, there is no punishment other than retaliation and they can be forgiven. If it is done secretly or in the form of banditry, it will still be a crime against the state. Penalty is given by the referees without permission for pardon after it has been committed.

Solidarity partnerships are established to facilitate the execution of sentences. There are scientific, moral, professional and political solidarity partnerships. For acts committed due to ignorance, scientific compensation; for acts committed due to incompetence, professional compensation; for acts committed due to negligence, moral compensation; and for acts committed deliberately, political solidarity partnerships participate in financial compensation.

Solidarity partnerships may censor the writings and publications of their partners. If the partners do not want to be censored, they leave the solidarity partnership. Then, they directly impose the sanctions given by the referees. However, it is mandatory to participate in scientific solidarity and political solidarity partnerships. Those who do not participate cannot take part in Islamic subdistricts.

As a result, censorship in Islam can impose solidarity partnerships and exclude those who do not comply from the solidarity partnership. Apart from this, administrators do not have the authority to censor.
