THE QURAN IS THE CREATION PLAN OF THE UNIVERSE

- İMAM-I MÜBÎNDİR -

SURA RAHMAN

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Merciful.

1. Rahman.

2. He taught the Quran.

3. He created man.

4. He taught him the declaration.

5. The Sun and the Moon are by calculation.

6. The stars and trees are prostrating.

7. As for the sky, He raised it up and established balance.

8. So that you do not become excessive in the balance.

9. Weigh accurately and do not disturb the balance.

There are many questions to be asked regarding the order of these verses at the beginning of Surah Rahman:

- Why is the teaching of the Quran mentioned first and the creation of man later?

- What is the relationship between teaching declaration to people and calculating the Sun and Moon?

- Why do stars and trees prostrate together?

- What is the relationship between the general gravitational and centrifugal balance of the heavens and the scales used for weighing in the grocery store and market?

- Why is the general balance disrupted when we weigh the scales incorrectly?

It is seen that; Things that do not seem to be related to each other at first glance are mentioned together. However, when you think about these a little, it becomes clear that there are some deep connections between the things mentioned.

The answers to these questions constitute the subject of our research and conversation. We will focus on these questions and their answers in our communication. Thus, the Quran will be recognized and its relations with science, science and the future will be revealed.

UNIVERSE AND HUMAN

The universe was created in pairs, in pairs.

Âlem, bilen insan ile bilinen kâinattan oluşmuştur.

Because man knows himself, he is also included in the universe.

The known universe also has two sides: the inanimate world and the living world.

The inanimate world also has two sides: Existence and effect.

Existence has two sides: Space and time.

Influence has two sides: Matter and energy.

A living creature has two sides: Purpose and will.

Purpose has two sides: Plant and life.

Will has two sides: Consciousness (individual) and ma'şer (collection).

The same binary division exists for humans: Spirit and body.

Spirit, idea and feeling; from ideas, language and science; It consists of feeling, art and religion.

The body has deeds and affiliations; that is, there is union with other people. It has the ability to become thin.

Action, technique and economics; It consists of reputation, law and administration.

It can be seen here that God created the universe by multiplying it with a binary system. These divisions could have been triple rather than binary. Some could be doubles, some triples, fives or sevens. But it is created only in binary.

Just as the universe is divided and multiplied in this way, duality is formed, so is the structure of man.

The cell first divides into two: Mobile and immobile parts are formed.

The cell that forms the mobile parts is divided into two: It forms the transport and proliferation parts. The cell that forms the reproductive parts is divided into two: It creates hormones and sexual cells. The cell that forms the transports is divided into two: It forms the carrier red blood (red blood) cells and the white blood (white blood) cells that protect the body against diseases.

The cell that forms the immobile part is divided into two: One forms the internal organs, the other forms the external organs. It is divided into two parts that make up the internal organs: One forms the bone system, the other forms the flesh (muscle) system. It is divided into two parts that make up the external organs: One forms the nervous system and the other forms the skin system.

It can be seen that after division and multiplication, unification occurs. The Quran expresses this division and multiplication very succinctly: "We created everything in pairs." (Zariyat[51];49) Let's go into details as much as we want, we will always be faced with this binary division.

UNIVERSE AND SYSTEMS

Multiplications that occur through divisions combine to form systems. This unification occurs as follows: Every system has a substance and a meaning. These combine and form the system. Matter polarizes and creates left and right poles. It approaches meaning with this polarization. The meaning also polarizes and creates a positive and negative charge. Thus, it gets closer to matter.

It is seen that each institution has six pillars. The most visible and studied of these is electricity. There is an electric and magnetic couple. The right pole and left pole belong to the magnet. Positive load and negative load also belong to electricity. The important point here is that the movement of electricity creates the magnet, and the movement of the magnet creates electricity. Such binary unions and hexacentric systems exist everywhere.

The state consists of the people and the land.

The people have scientific and religious institutions.

The land (country) also has economic and administrative institutions.

The country is built with the work of the people. With the development of the country, the number and welfare of the people increases. This situation is exactly similar to electromagnetic circuits.

The economic institution is like this: There are people, there are things. People have labor and property. Things have property and money. Goods are produced by people's work, and people live by using and consuming things.

The legal institution also has such dual combinations: There is legislation, there is taxpayer. Legislation determines powers and responsibilities. Rights and duties of individuals arise. People create legislation, and legislation governs people.

Thus, the entire universe is analogous to each other, both in synthesis and analysis. In this regard, Maxwell determined the laws of combination of electricity. Here I will touch on the subject by giving only the formulas of these laws and giving the verses from the Quran in return:

Definition of influence pair:

D = and E

B = h H

Couples giving birth to each other:

C rot H = Dt

C rot E Bt

Formation of double charges:

Q = Div D

M = Div B

Formation of pairs' flows:

İ = x E

J = x H

Transfer of couples' energies:

One = E.İ

One = HJ

When we consider the things we have explained above together, we can draw the following conclusion: All institutions that exist and will exist in the universe are similar to each other. What is present in one is also present in another. Everything is analogue of each other.

What kind of convenience and advantages does this result provide us?

After learning any of the institutions, it will of course be easier to learn another institution similar to it. Because all institutions are similar to each other. That's why Allah says in the Quran; He says, "We have created everything in pairs so that you can understand it easily."(Zariyat[51];49).

The evidence of qiyas in Islam is based on this analogy. This means that if there will be similar provisions for similar things, then we can find something we know in one of them in the other. Because of this similarity, we can learn everything with the same thinking technique and logic. We cannot use another kind of logic in law, another way in astronomy, another way in medicine, or another way in economics. The same principles of induction or deduction, the same methods of contradiction and comparison are valid in all institutions.

This validity is not only in logic; It is the same in mathematics. The person who calculates the money to be paid in a grocery store, the engineer who calculates the load that a pole will carry, or the engineer who designs a computer, all use the same formulas. Money; It is equal to the product of price and quantity. The engineer has force instead of money, tension instead of price, and cross-sectional area instead of quantity.

THE QURAN AND THE UNIVERSE

Therefore, in the Quran, after man is taught explanation; It is stated that the Sun and the Moon were created by calculation. The grocery scale and the galaxies in these verses are brought together in one place.

Now a question may arise here.

Even though we use the same mathematics and the same logic in different fields, the names are different. Wouldn't it be better if we combined the names (units) from different fields and talked with the same words? I wonder if this is possible? In this case, there will be a single textbook, but everyone will read the same things from that book and understand different things. An electrician, an economist, a doctor will understand different things. However, together they will understand similar things in different institutions.

This situation and practice will provide us with some conveniences:

1. First of all, since we read the same book, a center will be formed and unity will be created among the institutions.

2. Then, other institutions will also benefit from the discovery of one.

3. Additionally, those who know another institution will learn other institutions very easily.

4. In addition, we will be relieved of the burden of memorizing words.

5. Based on this practice, faculties will always read and teach the same books.

The Quran is such a Book.

The Quran is the project of the universe.

The will was decreed before creation. As a matter of fact, when a building is being built, isn't the project done first and then the construction?

"How did so much fit into such a small Book?" one might ask.

The Quran answers this question as follows: Everything, whether fresh or dry, is in a clear Book." (An'am[6];59) All and everything is in that book, because an institution is described, the names of others are given, This is what is intended to be revealed through analogy.

In addition, the Quran does not only describe one institution, but also expresses the dissimilar aspects of each interconnected institution. Thus, when the public reads, they can see a part of each institution, and scientists can understand each institution by learning through analogy and find the opportunity to apply it as a whole.

Here, let's try to give examples from the Quran regarding the subject and, first of all, let's see that the Quran was created in pairs, just like the universe:

In the beginning there was nothing. There was only God. There was no word then. Allah expresses that state with the letter 'He'. The letter 'He' comes from the throat, that is, from the deep. This letter was chosen by Allah because the eyes cannot perceive Allah. The letter 'He' is soft and discontinuous. This indicates that Allah is one and has no material existence, and that He is free from time and space.

Then God wanted to take possession and created the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven has light and pomegranate, it has spirit and consciousness. However, it still has no substance. There is no cause and effect relationship here.

This is at least expressed by the letter 'Lam', which disappears because it was created after the rank and because it is not material itself. 'Lam' is a shaky letter. It has been stated that the realm of the realm is the realm of waves. It became 'LeHu'. This means: 'Everything is His. 'He is the owner of everything.'

Allah gave His will again and created the world of causes. In other words, He put matter and energy into time and space. He assigned angels to educate them. Angels are in the realm of heaven. That's why he expressed these angels with the second letter Lam. He expressed the world of causes with the letter 'Be'. The letter 'Be' comes out of the lips and expresses the visible world. It is a hard letter. Because two things do not come together in the same place, it is discontinuous.

The material world is also composed of 'particles' (quantum). Thus it became 'BILLAH'. It is said that 'Everything is with Allah'. In other words, He is "müsebbibü'l-esbâb".

So; From one to two, from two to four.

After this, God revealed the world of life. He created living things. Life is determined by the letter 'Ha'. Because one of God's attributes was manifested here. Again, the origin of 'He' is returned. However, while 'He' was discontinuous, this 'Ha' was continuous.

'Ra's were formed from 'Lams'. The letter 'Lam' is idgamed with 'Ra'. One of the 'Ra's determined the plant side of life. Because molecules now consisted of numbered atoms. The other 'Ra' also signified energy and animals. Because he had a soul. Thus it became 'BİLLAHİR-RAHMİ'. That is, 'Mercy is with Allah'. Life is a mercy. Because life means birth and reproduction. 'Womb' also determines this reproduction.

Thus, the living world is also defined.

After this, God created man and breathed into him his own spirit. He created a being that is beyond life itself. He determined this with 'harf-i med' ('Ya' letter-i medi). The letter 'Ya' is ahead of the letters 'He' and 'Ha' in origin. It is from the back pergola. However, it is not one of the throat letters.

God made man the caliph of himself, the earth, and even the universe. He determined this with the letter 'Ya', meaning 'I'.

'Ra's increased and became 'Ra's again. These described the social side of man as well as his biological side.

'Lam' increased and became 'Sin'; 'Lam' increased and became 'Nun'. These determined the scientific and linguistic side of man.

Thus, the formation of the universe was described with 'BESMELE'. A dual creation system has been determined.

It became 'BISMI ELLAHI elRaXMaNi elRaXyMi'.

Fatiha also consists of seven 'BESMELA' (formed in pairs). The number of letters in Fatiha is seven times the number of letters in 'BESMELE'. All kinds of letters were created by multiplying and changing their places. We see a similar formation in the formation of chromosomes in the cells of living things.

The Quran points to this issue and says: "We gave you the seven BISMAMELAs and the GREAT QURAN." (Hijr[15];87). The name of 'BESMELE' in the Quran is 'MESANI'. Because this is repeated 112 times in the Quran. Its letters are also repeated.

There are as many surahs in the Quran as there are letters in Surah Al-Fatiha, and they are arranged according to the binary system. The Quran also says this; He states it by saying, "Allah sent down the most beautiful word: THE BOOK OF MESANI AND MUTESABIH" (Zumer[39];23].

It can be seen that; The structure of the Quran and the structure of the universe are the same. Both of them were created according to the binary system and copyrighted according to the binary system.

It can be proven very simply in this way that the last two verses of Surah At-Tawbah, which are said to be not from the Quran, are from the Quran. The real "Quran was burned!" Those who say, can see that it is not possible to add or decrease even one letter with this method. However, these issues will not be discussed here. We just thought it necessary to give a reminder on this issue.

Now, let's explain with another example that the Quran was written before the occurrences and events. We have previously stated that God created everything with two poles: the right pole and the left pole.

In the Quran, it is seen that the communities related to this issue are expressed as rightists and leftists.

In an assembly that convened a thousand years after the revelation of the Quran, a group who called themselves 'leftists' sat on the left of this assembly. These were the group that denied the existing order and the existence of God. 'Left' also means 'north' in Arabic. Later, this understanding of leftism spread to the north of the world and found a wide application area in Soviet Russia. This practice, which denies God and tries to eliminate the property order, family order, religion and nationalism, has revealed a despotic style of government.

So; The Quran was written before the events, not after them. First, a will was made, and then the events proceed according to this project and plan.

Additionally, the right and left poles of the magnet are not mentioned in the Quran, but; Right and left, which are similar in society, are mentioned. Therefore, if an electrician reads the Quran and interprets it according to his understanding, this means that the right and left poles of the magnet will be understood in that place.

You can follow all these explanations as follows:

AL-HAMDU LILLAH

Now, let's try to show how the Quran is a book that includes all knowledge by analyzing a sentence of the Quran.

The Quran begins with "EL-HAMDU LILLAHI" after 'BESMELE'. Its meaning is "Praise be to Allah".

A hungry person who is fed, a patient who is healed, says "EL-HAMDU LILLAH", knowing that this comes from Allah. What he said is true. This sentence was revealed so that the people could understand it this way.

Now let's analyze how a scientist understands this sentence:

'HAMD' means 'value' according to the scientist's understanding; It means 'worthy of praise'. Some of the values are simple and beautiful. For example, a table is such a value. A poem is such a value. This is called 'aesthetic value'.

Also, something has value because it serves a purpose. That's what a car is like, even if it's old. Even though it is very ugly and even dangerous, it has value because it carries us and takes us where we want. Thus, the first of these is called 'aesthetic value' and the second is called 'functional value'.

People generally have difficulty expressing both aesthetic value and functional value. Works with literary value have little or no scientific value. A work that has scientific value also has little or no literary value. However, the Quran has both scientific and literary value. The world created by God has both aesthetic value and functional value. How beautiful a flower is and at the same time how functional and useful it is. This feature we mentioned is the greatest miracle that proves that the Quran is the 'Word of God'.

On the other hand, Allah (with the Quran) reveals the only being that creates the universe. We cannot see or understand Allah. However, we can easily comprehend Allah because of the unity in this Realm (the universe). If the universe were not the work of God, this unity and harmony would not exist. For this reason, man was created as the caliph of Allah and the caliphate was attributed to the community rather than individuals. It is known even by those who are even slightly interested in the science of fiqh that saying 'God's rights' means 'public's rights'. Because the community is the caliphate of Allah.

A hungry person who feeds himself remembers that this blessing has value in the whole and praises Allah, the owner of that whole. When a patient finds healing, he remembers that his health has a value within the whole and praises the owner of that whole. He remembers that it is of no use to solve the problems one by one, but the problems can be solved together and as a whole, and therefore he has to protect the existence of the community. Giving praise also means deciding to be a righteous person.

Now, within the framework of this understanding, each professional will think about different things:

An astronomer; When considering the Sun, he will consider it together with other celestial bodies and determine its aesthetic and functional value among them.

A geographer; While thinking about the Kızılırmak River, he will also consider the Black Sea, the Earth and the poles and determine the location of the river accordingly.

A painter; He will always remember praise while painting and will evaluate the nature of a line he will draw or a color he will put on his painting accordingly.

A physician; While treating the eye, he/she will be careful not to damage the ear or any other organ in order not to disrupt its integrity.

A president; He will know that his presidency is thanks to the community, and therefore he will not have dictatorial delusions.

It means that if everyone has a value, they have that value within the community. Therefore, he will not feel pride or superiority. One's own personal thoughts can be good. However, if the community is not in a position to receive those thoughts, then it will not try to impose them on the environment. First, one must make the environment believe in the truth, convince that community, and then ask the environment to do that truth. Because the truth has a value compared to the truth. Therefore, there is no compulsion in religion.

Communities cannot be governed by the law they have not adopted. Getting communities to adopt good governance is one thing; Forcing them to implement something they do not embrace is one thing. For this reason, if the law is bad, it is first changed and then the new law is implemented. Because of this understanding, members of each sect in Islam live by their own laws; Members of different religions also believe in their own religions. It is always possible to create new sects. Each town or sub-district implements its own order and legal order.

Each community has its own articles of incorporation. The state, in order to maintain the legal system that people have adopted; To ensure that people live as they want; It exists to protect their legal freedoms.

This system was first introduced by Islam. It has been adopted by all democratic countries in our age. There is freedom of contract. In our age, this order is called 'democracy', meaning that the people govern themselves.

All this means that the part has a value within the whole. People have no right to force other people. Because everyone is responsible to Allah and will give account for all their actions. The state helps people realize these freedoms.

It is clearly seen from what we have said; 'AL-HAMDÜ LILLAH' in the Quran tells different things to the engineer, lawyer, sociologist and physician. However, it should not be overlooked that each of them understands something similar within that institution. Now, even though both the painter, the lawyer, the physician and the engineer read the same book; They understand similar things in their own subject but apply them in different places.

QURAN ARABIC

As can be seen from what we have said; All sciences consist of an interpretation of the Quran. The Quran provides unity not only between different tribes but also between different ages.

As a result of this, in our opinion, the following should be done:

1. All sciences can be taught in 'Quranic Arabic'; should be done.

2. Terminology (concepts) can be developed with 'Quranic Arabic'; should be developed.

3. It should be translated from every language into 'Quran Arabic' and translated from 'Quran Arabic' into every language.

4. 'Quran Arabic' publishing centers should be established and publications should be made.

5. After magazines and newspapers are published in 'Quran Arabic', they should be translated into local languages with local contributions.

6. In conclusion, we can say that; The language of the Quran should be the language of civilizations and the Quran should become the heart of civilizations.

Artık insanlık bu dağınıklıktan ve parça parça olmaktan kurtarılmalıdır. Bu uygulama ve gelişme, siyasî baskılarla değil, bu alanda tatbik edilecek üstün hizmetlerle yapılmalıdır.

If our medical books written in 'Quran Arabic' save cancer patients, everyone will learn 'Quran Arabic'. Because he needs it. Thus, he will learn the Quran. If our aircraft is more efficient, everyone will adopt the civilization we bring.

We must state this clearly here: Even if we do not do this today, these studies will be carried out on the Quran in the future and everyone will clearly understand that the Quran is the word of Allah.

CIVILIZATIONS

People first ate fruit, then they hunted, then they became shepherds, and then they started farming and cultivated their fields. Then they began to exchange their goods in the market. Later, the merchant class emerged and they bought and sold goods wholesale. Thus, the whole world became a single market. Humanity has gone through these stages since the first creation until today.

Islam appealed to all humanity at a stage when the whole world had become such an economic unit. Thus, the Islamic Civilization was established and spread throughout the world. Then Western Civilization was born. During the Western Civilization period, the era of labor exchange began instead of goods exchange. The interest-based labor system was established. Now this system is also collapsing and a new system is replacing it; Interest-Free Partnership System. All the provisions of this new system are in the Quran and all humanity needs this system. In order to get rid of contemporary problems, it has to embrace this system with all its might and implement it with all its might.

If we look at the issue from another perspective, there have been two types of civilizations in history:

One is the civilization based on the 'Ma'sharī Rights System'; It is based on agreement and peace, not on force. When viewed in this way, Islam essentially means 'entering into peace'.

The other is the 'Central Power System'; It is based on pressure, force and force.

In the first case, whoever is right is the strongest. In the other case, the strong is right. These civilizations are twins. These follow each other, just like day and night, or summer and winter.

Mesopotamian Civilization is a daytime civilization. It is based on the Universal Rights System and Hz. It is the civilization that Abraham brought. After this came the Egyptian Civilization, which was a night, or winter, civilization based on the Central Power System.

The Hebrew Civilization, which came later, is a daytime civilization, based on the Ma'sharī Right System, and Hz. It was brought by Moses. After this came the dark Greek Civilization based on the Central Power System.

After this civilization came the Christian Civilization as a civilization of peace. This civilization, which is based on truth, was created by Hz. Jesus brought it. After this civilization, came the Roman Civilization, which was based on the Central Power System.

Then, the Islamic Civilization brought all the principles of the Ma'sharī Rights System, and in the meantime, established the institutions of Ijma and Ijtihad. By removing the state from being a religious state, that is, a state where a single religion is dominant, it allowed different religions to live in a state.

Following the Islamic Civilization, Western Civilization was born based on the Central Power System. This civilization tried to bring irreligion, that is, atheism, instead of different religions living in a state. This civilization is a unique civilization with its 'democracy order' where the practice of 'majority' prevails and the 'interest system' that directs economic life. It has two wings: capitalism, which dominates the economy, and socialism, which dominates the administration.

CONCLUSION

It can be seen that throughout the history of known civilizations, a day and a night civilization have come one after another. Thus, in today's age, we are living in the final days of the last of the four dual civilizations. This is what we really want to say. Of course, what will come after this will be a new daytime civilization based on the 'Common Rights System'.

This new civilization is not based on the majority system; It will be based on a proportional system. Not the Interest-based Labor System; It will be based on the Interest-Free Partnership System. This civilization will be based on 'new jurisprudence and consensus', not on new prophets. We can call this civilization the 'Fifth Islamic Civilization'.

Clearly, we have no influence on macro events. It takes place spontaneously within the principles determined by the Quran. Whether we want it or not, the future world will be a civilization in which the Quran is the center, based on the 'Ma'sharī Rights System', and within the principles of the 'Interest-Free Partnership System'.

All this is a miracle of the Quran.

What to do now?

What should we do?

In our opinion, a 'QURAN FOUNDATION' should be established that evaluates all these explanations within the framework of all sciences and deals with the Quran from this perspective.

Our biggest goal and goal today is to establish this foundation and start its activities. We are looking for friends who will work with us on this issue and within the framework of this goal.

Below, we present an example contract on this subject as a suggestion.

QURAN FOUNDATION AGREEMENT

Article 1- The '5. A FOUNDATION was established to make the right preparations for the Islamic Civilization. Since this Peace Civilization of the future will be based on the QUR'AN, this foundation is named 'QUR'AN FOUNDATION'.

Article 2- This Foundation will be established in whichever country allows it. Then, branches will be established in all countries, with this country as the headquarters.

Article 3- The future of this Foundation is '5. Everyone who embraces Islamic Civilization; has the right and opportunity to participate regardless of religion, language, race or country.

Article 6- There will be one representative for the Foundation in every community with a population of 5,000; One branch will be established in every community with a population of 500,000 and one center will be established in every country with a population of 50,000,000. Apart from these organizations, the Foundation will also have a Centers Union.

Article 7- Representatives must have medium qualifications, branch representatives must have high qualifications, and headquarters representatives must have superior qualifications. Foundations are managed through representatives. In order to become a representative, it is necessary to represent at least 1/20 of the members affiliated with that Foundation. One representative can only represent 1/5 of the members.

Article 8- Members may change their representatives. The representative of the member who wants to leave completely continues his duty by finding a new member. If it cannot be found, its representation will be liquidated. Membership is transferred to the new member or members are connected to other representatives. This separation process is handled at the branch. If it cannot be resolved at the branch, an attempt is made to resolve it at the head office. If the center cannot handle it, the branch of this Foundation will be disbanded in that country and a new one cannot be established unless there are sufficient amounts to cover the losses incurred.

Article 9- Depositors do not have the authority to participate in management. Members have the authority to participate in management. All kinds of decisions are taken according to the Civil Rights System, that is, according to the Qur'an. Decisions contrary to the mandatory provisions of the current legislation cannot be taken.

Article 10- Gold is kept in national banks. The Foundation issues a Gold Certificate. It buys and sells Gold Certificates in national currencies. National currencies are kept in national banks. The Gold Certificate can be exchanged for gold at any time.

Article 11- The Foundation buys and sells the shares of the enterprises working in the Interest-Free Partnership System it supports. It does this on behalf of the business. It does not make a difference between buying and selling prices. Prices rise or fall according to supply and demand. However, profit or loss here belongs to the participating partners and does not belong to the Foundation. Here, the foundation only provides credit between institutions. Thus, it ensures the operation of businesses by adding liquidity to values.

Article 12- The Foundation receives a share of the revenues of the enterprises it supports. This share can be at most 1/5. The Foundation also provides its own General Services. It provides services such as registration, driver's license, warehouse, arbitration, publication and accounting. He maintains control.

Article 13- In this way, he becomes the guarantor of the enterprises with the income he provides. Apart from this, it makes expenses for the establishment of the 'Interest-Free Partnership System' based on the 'Ma'sharī Rights System'.

Article 14- On the one hand, the Foundation establishes Education Centers and provides education in the Arabic language of the Quran; On the other hand, it establishes businesses according to the Interest-Free Partnership System and employs only students and teachers there. The wages to be paid to teachers and students here are determined according to production, on the one hand; On the other hand, their ranks in science are taken into consideration. In this way, people of the future who act with their knowledge are raised.

Article 15- The amounts raised by those who work and study here are given to them as capital and sent to their countries, and efforts are made to ensure that these services are provided there.

Article 16- All works available in every language of the world shall be translated into 'Quran Arabic' and archived. Countries that wish can translate the books they want from Arabic into their own language. Thus, there is no need for nations to learn a language other than the 'Quranic Arabic'.

Article 17- Every nation will speak and write its own language. However, the written language will be unified. LATIN and ARABIC ALPHABET, which have different benefits, should be reformed and accepted. No alphabet other than these two alphabets should be used. The shapes of the Chinese and Japanese Alphabets should be retained, but these shapes should be filled with the lines of the Arabic Alphabet.
