QURAN APPLICATION METHOD

I- LEARNING

The whale's mouth is as large as 6 meters. If we were created in the belly of a whale, we would live as if we were living in our room. It would be much more luxurious than F-type prisons. We were never bored. After nine months, the whale would drain the water from there and fill it with air. He would also cut out our navel and start feeding us with his inner breasts instead.

When we turned 20, we were introduced to Hz. He would throw it to the shore like Yunus (AS). He would install programs into our brains, just like we install our computers, and we would become an experienced 20-year-old young man.

However, God did not create us this way. We were formed in the womb, we were born, our family raised us.

When we turned 20, our community trained us to be that way. If it were not for our parents, if we did not have our community, it would not be possible for us to exist now. When we reach a certain age, we become indebted. To who? We owe it to those who raised us. However, it is not possible for us to pay our debt to them. They were also in debt. They paid their debt by raising us. If we raise our children now, we will pay our debt.

This situation tells us: You will learn and you will teach. This way you won't end up in debt. If you don't learn, you can't live; if you don't teach, you'll be in debt. You become a bad person. Whether there is life after death or not, one should not go into debt. We have to do this because there is the possibility of an afterlife. If you do, there's a chance it might help; But if there is a possibility that it could cause harm if you don't, you should do it.

So, because we are Muslims, we must learn and teach.

1- WILL LEARN

We ourselves have sensory organs: we see, we hear, we taste, we smell, we touch, and we also know how our hand is positioned. If we have pain, we hear it, if we are hungry, we know, if we are short of air, we get bored. These are our own experiences. However, we cannot achieve all of these by trying ourselves.

O zaman ateşin yaktığını bilebilmemiz için elimizi ateşe sokmak zorunda kalırdık. Yapacağımız şeyi bizDen öncekilerden öğrenmek; görerek, ders alarak, tartışarak, uygulayarak onlardan öğrenmek.

Basar, sem', fiqh and deed are our learning tools. We do not learn from a teacher. We listen to different teachers. We combine what we have learned from them and make it our own knowledge. This is called “ijtihad”.

2- WILL PRODUCE

Animals have all kinds of information from birth to survive. They live by learning everything through custom. In animals, there is biological evolution between species, but not social evolution. The genes of the bee today are the same as those of the bee 10 million years ago. Whatever that bee knew, today's bee also knows it. Whatever he does, today's bee does the same. However, 40 years ago there was neither television nor computers; Despite this, mankind went to the moon. Today, we have mobile phones. Man compensates for his own shortcomings through "learning".

Man was created naked. He produced his own clothes. She did not buy the dress ready-made from nature. Thanks to this, that is, thanks to the special suit he produced, he was able to go to space today. However, no living thing can be found even in the high layers of the atmosphere. Examinations made on rocks from the Moon have shown that there is no trace of life there. However, it has been understood from research conducted on the oldest rock fragments on Earth that bacteria existed on Earth as a perfect being 3.8 billion years ago. Water also appeared at this time. So, life started with water; both in its evolved form. The being that brings life to the Solar system is man. He did this with his special dress.

Then our duty is not just to learn and teach. If we were animals, this would be enough for us.

We are humans.

-We will learn; -We will contribute; -We will teach it and produce it...

If we do these, only then will we have fulfilled our duty.

However, just as learning does not occur alone, knowledge production does not occur alone. By working together we can make things happen. This is why living people have to transfer their knowledge to each other. This is how new information is created.

Ottoman madrasahs were content to memorize the jurisprudence of a thousand years ago. Today's universities are only busy with learning and teaching knowledge produced in the Western world. They themselves do not contribute to science; They can't. Because they don't work together. They do not transfer what they have learned to each other.

In this case, the duty of believers is;

-They will learn,

-They will transfer it to each other,

-They will collectively produce knowledge and

-They will pass it on to their children.

Now, this is why we gather here (in daily interpretation and tafsir studies and in weekly multifaceted seminars). I am telling you about my contributions. The day you start telling me and each other about your contributions, it means that we have risen above contemporary civilization. Because we have resources that the Western world does not have.

How will this be achieved?

-Holding meetings and sharing our information with each other;

-Writing and reading each other's articles;

-Establishing partnerships and implementing practices;

-Conducting joint examinations and granting permissions

It will be achieved by.

3- WILL TEACH

-Just as we are obliged to learn, we are also obliged to teach.

-We must convey our knowledge to those who have not reached the level of discussing with us.

-We should all have at least two students and take special care of them.

-We must try to raise him to our own level by remembering his level.

So;

-We must learn from those who are higher than us.

-We should discuss with our friends who are at our level.

-Bizim seviyemize gelememiş olan kimseleri de eğitmeliyiz.

-We must teach.

Undoubtedly, we should do all these as worship. In other words, instead of paying a fee to the people we teach, we will not charge a fee to the people we teach.

We should divide our daily life as follows:

-We will spend 12 hours eating, drinking and sleeping.

- We will spend 6 hours working and producing,

- We will spend 6 hours in training activities.

Those who want to reduce these 6 hours of education to 3 hours, produce, give zakat, and support education financially. Those who wish can also spend these hours teaching. We have to divide 6 hours into three. 2 hours will be spent learning, 2 hours researching, and 2 hours teaching.

When starting these hours, arrangements should be made to avoid conflict. Normally, everyone should have approximately 5 teachers, 5 friends and 5 students.

Such an organization will create the world of the future.

4- WILL SOLIDARize

Learning, research and production unions are not enough;

-There is also an obligation to establish solidarity unions.

Creatures living in a pond live together. They are irrigated from the same water. They throw waste into the same waters. Although there was no solidarity between them, mutual cooperation emerged. Plants give off oxygen and take in carbon dioxide. Animals also give off carbon dioxide and take in oxygen. Thus, oxygen and carbon dioxide in the water remain in balance. Here, each living thing works for its own benefit, and in the end, common benefit arises. This is the system of capitalism.

Beyond this, there is also solidarity among living things. This is done by dividing the products obtained. If something happens to someone, they act defensively together. In other words, living things share opportunities by making sacrifices. Thus, they ensure themselves. They insure their life and work.

In this way, people who learn, research, teach and produce come together and enter into solidarity. They insured their education.

For this;

-They should ensure “free education”.

-They should "divide labor" among themselves.

-They should provide collective knowledge through “common examinations”.

-Finally, they should give a "guaranteed diploma".

a) - FREE LEARNING

Hz. There were human-like creatures before Adam. He walked upright, made tools, used the tools, and lit fire. However, their tools were few in number and were always of the same type. It did not differ according to place or time. Therefore, this living being was not human. When man began to make different tools, that is, to use his will and produce his knowledge, then he became human.

Other creatures also have languages. However, their languages are always similar to each other and do not change over time. However, as humans undergo "social evolution", their language, art, technique and customs differ both in place and time. After being separated, they differ, then when they come together, synthesis occurs and evolves.

This development and evolution is born with “free learning”. In other words, a person should learn what he wants from the people he wants, share what he wants with the people he wants, and teach what he wants to those he wants. This is a requirement of being "human". It is the necessary result of evolution.

However, people do not easily respect these human rights. People who do not allow themselves to learn everything are prey. There are people who do not allow discussing everything. There are those who impose on you that you must teach this or that, you must not teach that. There are large pressure groups in Turkey that defend this on fabricated grounds.

First, we will allow free learning among ourselves. Let those who want take the lessons they want from whomever they want, argue with whomever they want, and teach whomever they want. We must enter into such solidarity.

Today there is official education, we must learn it. No information is harmful. But, meanwhile, there are things that are not taught by official channels. Here, we must enter into solidarity and ensure this free education.

Solidarity partnership will ensure this. For example, it will not consist of people who learn the Quran, but people who want to learn what they want and help others learn what they want. While there were no completely free official schools and programs in the Islamic world, and there were no official sects, the Western world was fighting for this. Even though the West has adopted this in principle, it continues to restrict it from corner to corner. We must overcome this through legal means. We should establish a "legal defense foundation" and protect the victims. But this should not be in the sense of protecting our rights, but in the sense of free education. Muslims have not yet fully grasped this. Righteous Regulators must realize this.

b) -DIVISION OF LABOR

We have to learn everything, discuss everything and teach everything. It is impossible for a human to do these. Then, our generation should learn everything by dividing the labor among us. Our generation must discuss everything. Our generation must teach everything. When we say "everything" here, it means everything we can afford. Of course, not everyone will know everything. But everyone will know who knows what. I don't know how to be a doctor; However, I know that anyone whose sign says "doctor" is a doctor.

This “division of labor” only occurs in learning and practice.

However, this should also be in learning, discussion and teaching.

- "Quran Translation" is carried out in our work in Izmir...

-"Public Enterprises" studies are being discussed in Üsküdar...

-"Quran Interpretation" studies are carried out in Yenibosna...

-Works on the "Fair Order Constitution" have started in Ankara...

Now our friends in Ankara; They should follow Izmir, Üsküdar and Yenibosna. When there is a problem in this regard, that friend should bring the solution here. If he cannot solve it, then he should get help from there.

We will start with ourselves first. We will "divide labor" among ourselves. We must establish these "working places" in the centers of Turkey. Everyone must do their part within the "division of labor". In each group there should be people who learn from other groups. Additionally, we should have common publications. But we should read these within the context of "division of labor". Different sciences should be followed by different friends. We must consider selected people in history, examine them, and bring their works to the present day.

While teaching, we provide general knowledge. This will be similar for everyone. But the people we train are also trained in a "division of labor". In fact, although this division of labor exists today, a common culture is not enough. The number of faculties is also not sufficient. Then, there is no production, that is, discussion part. Either the fiqh of 1000 years ago is being taught, or what the Western world discovered 100 years ago is being discussed.

“Fair Order Workers” should correct this deficiency. New schools should replace the missing faculties. External discussion should be introduced into the teaching and learning of existing faculties. Books must be written and these books must be read. It should be discussed. We must form groupings.

c) -JOINT EXAM

So, education should be free. Anyone who wants should learn what he wants, but "the test should be shared." In other words, every school should have to learn, teach and argue with the other school. Today, university entrance exams are such common exams. However, the questions are imposing. However, teachers should ask the questions. For example, every mathematics teacher should ask a question himself. Thus, collective questions should be created. These questions should be answered by official textbooks. Texts should be common. Explanations should be different according to different schools.

We must develop such a testing system among ourselves. Turning them into schools is against the unity of education. However, doing these in conversation is a requirement of freedom of thought. It is not against the law. We cannot give a "medical diploma", but we can give a "medical certificate" to those who have a medical diploma. "Public Education" begins as the public will trust more doctors who receive certification from us. Formal education is mandatory, public education is voluntary.

Those who want to leave Turkey behind will prevent this. They will try to impose prohibitions on themselves by breaking the laws. But our motto will be:

We should be afraid of committing a crime, not of being punished. We must obey the legislation, not the officials. We should set up our own sites and force the officials there to comply with the law. We must enter into common legal defense solidarity. We should know that; A community has the right to say to its citizens “you will learn this”; But, there is no right to say "you will not learn this". In verb, on the contrary; the community has the right to say “don't do this”; but, he does not have the right to say "do this". For this reason, tax is a partnership share of the state and is not a tribute.

d) -GUARANTEED DRIVING LICENSE

Solidarity certificates in addition to official diplomas do not mean anything as long as they are words. These certificates should be useful. This is an assurance of solidarity. If one of the doctors certified from the same school makes a mistake and causes death; For example, he may give the wrong medicine or not take care of the patient on time... In this case, those who have received certificates from the same school will pay the damages, that is, the compensation, by dividing it among those who have received certificates from that school.

This is the same for engineers. If the building collapses due to a faulty project, those certified by the school responsible for the project will pay. Thus, today there are scientific, religious, professional and political types of solidarity; 25 professions will also be able to create solidarity among themselves.

It can be seen that there are no legal obstacles before us to proceed to further education. For this reason, we also have self-sacrificing people. However, they are busy building mosques and schools. He opens courses and establishes schools. However, if they directed their resources to people, not to structures, and turned them into solidarity, all problems would be solved and our country would surpass contemporary civilization and bring humanity to the "III. It leads to the "Thousand Year Civilization".

II- SOURCE

Learning is the knowledge passed on to us by those before us.

We learn these through four channels:

1. We see all kinds of works of our ancestors and take them as examples.

2. Secondly, what they said passed from ear to ear and reached us.

3. Finally, the paintings and drawings they make carry special massages for us.

4. They also left us their writings, texts and books.

When we look at Selimiye, we see the architecture of our ancestors. Haydarpaşa Train Station is in front of us. His works and drawings appeal to our eyes. We don't know what they think. It is difficult to understand why they painted the picture. However, words and writing take us into their minds. We enter their minds through the sentences they tell us. We know them by their souls. For this reason, we have to evaluate more what they say and write.

We must translate what we see or perceive with other sense organs into sentences so that we can discuss it and pass it on to those after us. Or, we should take the sentences of the ancients and transfer them.

However, in order to distinguish right from wrong, we have to learn the wrongs as much as the right. Therefore, we cannot discard a sentence just because it is not useful to us, we have to know that sentence as much as it is true. We must remember that this is wrong. When a similar sentence comes tomorrow, we have to know immediately whether it is true, false or ambiguous. If it is correct, we should use it. If it is wrong, we should stay away. If it is unclear, we must investigate. How can we know whether a sentence is true or false without it being uttered in the first place? This is why it is necessary to listen to every word but obey the best.

As such, there are two main sources that come to us from the past:

1. There are sources brought to us by scientists based on positive science.

2. The other is the source brought by the prophets based on divine books.

One could be completely wrong. But since we have to learn from the mistakes, we have to evaluate both. This is what the "Muslim person" is. Anyone who rejects one of these from the beginning is an "infidel". This infidel can be an Eastern infidel or a Western infidel. “Westerners are infidels, I will not listen to what they say!” He who says so is an infidel. “What do Easterners know, I don't need to learn them!” The one who says this is the bigot himself.

Unfortunately, both "infidels" and "bigots" are on the loose in Turkey.

Fair Organizers are;

-“We are not prejudiced.

-We listen to every word.

-We learn what is wrong as well as what is right.

"After we learn everything, we follow what is right."

Those who say so are the "Fair Regulators". These are “believers”.

“Akevler Credit and Solidarity Cooperative”, established in Izmir in the 1960s, chose this path. He avoided both blasphemy and bigotry. National Visionists also chose this path. Nur students also chose this path. Anatolian capital later followed this path.

For us, there is no good or bad when learning. Knowing wrong as wrong is as good as knowing right as right. The bad thing is knowing wrong is right or right is wrong.

1- FROM CHANNELS

Religions tell us what to do, not how to do it. Religions tell us what to do, not what we have done. Science tells us what we do and how we do it.

Throughout history, prophets have come, brought books and taught people what to do. Those who did not comply with these teachings were destroyed, and those who followed these teachings established new and advanced civilizations.

-Foraging (fruit picking) was practiced by the first human being and the prophet Hz. Adam taught within a religious motif.

-During the hunting period, those who gave hunting lessons in caves were prophets. Hz. Idris (AS) example.

-Then, "Mesopotamian Civilization" is the civilization of the prophets. It is a temple civilization.

-Prophet Moses (AS) brought the "Torah" and established a brand new advanced civilization for humanity.

-The Prophet Jesus (PBUH) humanized this civilization with the "Bible" and spread it to the world.

-Then, the Last Prophet brought the "Quran". Today's civilization was born under his influence.

In the East, Vedas, Avestas, Brahmanism and Buddhism books have been the source of civilizations here. Egyptian, Greek, capitalism and socialism civilizations are not new civilizations, but are the modified and developed forms of these civilizations in the West.

This is why we have to learn what religions teach us.

According to atheists, all of these religions are false. Even if these claims are true, superstitions have been dragging people along for at least 10,000 years. Today's civilization is also his work. That's why we have to learn this falsehood. Otherwise, we cannot protect ourselves against that falsehood.

2- SCIENCE CHANNEL

Civilizations were created by the books brought by the prophets. No one can deny this. But it is the scientists who convey the civilizations that emerged to us. In the West, philosophers and then scientists introduce existing civilizations to us. They explain what has been done, not what should be done. They reveal not what should be done, but how it can be done.

Science does not decide whether cigarettes should be smoked or not. That is the job of religion. But science determines what kind of harm occurs when smoking. After we decide what to do, we have to consult science and learn how to do it. By learning what those in the past did, we also learn how to do it.

Türkiye is a country that has learned the most among non-Western countries with its reforms. Today, everyone from primary school to doctoral studies learns about the Western world. So, he's learning how to do it, but he doesn't know what to do.

We, the Righteous Regulators, that is, the believers;

-We must continue to learn about the West...

-We should not establish separate theology and imam-hatip schools.

-We must continue to learn about the West in state schools, regular high schools and faculties.

-We must know what our other citizens know.

-In addition to what we have learned, we must take private lessons...

-We must be tested, we must get a certificate...

In this way, we do not discriminate and we become stronger.

Because they don't know what we know, we know what they know.

This happened during the Constitutional Monarchy period. At that time, Western universities were teaching Islam, but madrasahs were not teaching the West. This is why madrasahs were weak and became hostile to schools. In the end, the madrasa was defeated. This time the reverse bigotry started. This is why today's modern bigots oppose Imam-Hatip Schools. Because they adopt a dual culture and rise above contemporary civilization. They only memorize Western Civilization information. Because any knowledge that is not discussed with its opposite ends up being just memorization.

What to do is extremely simple. The thing to do is to learn about both civilizations. Not through official education, but through the people's own free education. Official Imam-Hatip Schools should be closed. The people should be able to receive religious lessons at all ages, that is, from the cradle to the grave; from wherever he wants and from whomever he pushes. Non-believers should also learn the lessons of religion. Believers should also learn about atheists. This is what “secularism” means.

Something cannot be banned because it is religious, something does not cease to be a crime because it is religious. The state may want some things to be learned, but it cannot tell its citizens not to learn this. But he may say don't do this.

This simple principle protects you everywhere.

3- SYNTHESIS TASK

In human history, civilizations have a lifespan of 1000 years.

Eastern civilizations make revolutions in "law" and "management", while Western civilizations make revolutions in "technique" and "economy". Western civilizations come 500 years after Eastern civilizations. They are "synthesis civilizations" with all civilizations.

Communities that will perform "synthesis" began to be prepared several centuries ago. Hz. Noah (AS) 300, Hz. Moses (AS) came 200 years ago and the Quran 400 years ago and prepared the civilization. “III. Turks were prepared to build the "Thousand Year Civilization". We have tried to learn about Western Civilization for 200 years.

What we will do now is; It is to "synthesize" the "Eastern Islamic Civilization" and the "Western European Civilization" and create a more "advanced civilization".

Mustafa Kemal set this goal in 1933.

We will learn the problems of the age with the sciences of the West and find solutions to the problems in the Quran with the interpretations of science. Thus, the resulting results will be “synthesis results”.

This road in Turkey;-

-The first one to initiate it was "Akevler".

- “Fethullah Gülen” participated in this,

-“Necmettin Erbakan” participated politically,

-Nihayet “Anadolu halk sermayesi” de bu yola girmiştir.

The 1900 synthesis started with the 1800 Reform Edict. The army was nationalized. Janissary was abolished. Because it was not the Islamic army type. Western type bureaucracy came with Tanzimat. The rule based on lineage has been ended. During the Constitutional Monarchy, Western-style universities were opened and positive sciences were learned.

In the 1900s, hostility towards Islam officially began, and Muslims who felt the need to defend against these attacks opened the door to ijtihad. In the 1910s, the Ottoman Empire collapsed and Kuvva-yı Milliye was born. Then they will establish the Republic. Revolutions took place in the 1920s, and Anatolia became purified in terms of religion. In the 1930s, the goal was set to surpass contemporary civilization. Positive science has been accepted as a guide. In the 1940s, democracy came to Turkey. The people were free to choose their religion. In the 1950s, Turks converted to Islam by Arabicizing the call to prayer. Adnan Menderes; He said, "Türkiye is Muslim and will remain Muslim." In the 1960s, Muslims became organized. In the 1970s, they became partners in power. In the 1980s, Kenan Evren officially brought Turkey to the side of Islam. In the 1990s, Muslims came to power. They gained the Constitutional majority in the 2000s.

Muslims have dominated Turkey's politics, economy, science and religion. They have risen to the highest level in the international arena.

They have one shortcoming. They did all this within the "Western order".

Now, from now on, they will do it within the "Just Order":

-It will establish "parties" according to the "Fair Order";

-It will establish "companies" according to the "Fair Order";

-will provide "education" according to the "Fair Order" and;

-They will form "religious communities" according to the "Just Order".

-They will bring a democratic, secular, liberal and social legal order.

These will be seen in the first third of this century.

4- KUR'AN:

We are obliged to learn both the West and the East, both science and religion.

We learn the West in all public schools, but we must learn the East, that is, religion and science, in our private studies. There is also the Torah and the Bible in the East. Vedas, Avestas, Brahmans and Buddhist religious books will also be included. However, we can't all handle them all. We will be responsible for learning these by dividing the labor among ourselves. A person should learn each of these. That's what we're trying to do.

Why must all people deal with the “Quran”?

Let's believe it or not; Even if everything in it is wrong, there is still an obligation to learn it.

Religious people should learn it. Because regardless of their religion, they can only win victory in the conflict between religious people and non-religious people.

Atheists also have to learn it. Because they can only be protected from it by knowing it.

Today, Islamic terrorism(!) is talked about. We can only decide whether such a thing can happen or not after reading the Quran. In this respect, everyone has to engage with this book.

Just as everyone learns about capitalism and socialism; He has to learn this more, too. The impact of capitalism is superficial. Socialism is forced. However, the Quran has penetrated into people's history and lungs.

a) -IT IS OUR BOOK

“Quran” is, first of all, our book. Our thousand-year-old determination has been kneaded with the "Quran". Today, almost every home has at least one book of the Quran. Every Muslim knows a few surahs from the Quran by heart. Most Muslims have prayed and fasted in their lives. Everyone knows whether what they have committed is a sin or not.

If we do not know these things in this community, we will live like strangers. We don't understand their language, they don't understand our language. Whether we encounter the "Quran" or stand next to it, we have to know it.

If we don't know it, we can't benefit from it. If we do not know it, we cannot be protected from its evil, if it exists. If there were Christians among us, we would first embrace Christianity; If he were Buddhist, we would suggest that we learn Buddhism first. If there was an atheist community and we lived there, we would first learn about atheism. Unfortunately, atheists do not have such a chance. However, they can still learn Marxism.

The social institutions we live in today have always been formed under the influence of the "Quran".

Mustafa Kemal is not a religious man, but he knows Islam well and he also knows the West. That is why he was able to establish a republic based on the strongest foundations. Those in power have been collaborating with the enemies to destroy this state for 50 years. They still haven't washed it. Even if they destroy it now, our experienced nation II. He will re-establish the Republic. He/she will read "Address to Youth" and decide what to do and implement it.

b) -IT IS THE BOOK OF OUR CIVILIZATION

“Quran” gave birth to today's civilization. Let's try to briefly explain how he did this.

Arabs were an illiterate community. They had no written culture other than 600 lines of poetry. They had no state. There were only 17 people in Mecca who could read and write. When the "Quran" appeared, everyone was curious about reading and listening to the "Quran". People started to recite the "Quran" by heart. Thus, for the first time in its history, Arabia began an educational campaign. Those who believed in him defended him at the expense of their lives.

The “Quran” brought Arabia to the most advanced state stage in Medina. “Fair Order” was established then. He taught democracy, secularism and social solidarity to the people of Medina. Literacy became widespread during the reign of the Caliphs.

Thanks to the "Quran", Arabic reached the most advanced writing. Both letters and shapes preserved the beauty of his writing.

Then again, scientific methods were introduced with the inductive method in order to understand the "Quran".

Arabic was taken as a science so that we could understand the "Quran".

People learned mathematics to divide the inheritance, trigonometry to find the qibla, astronomy to determine prayer times, optics to observe the stars, chemistry to distinguish alcoholic beverages, and biology to know the animals whose meat is halal. They found the compass to be the qibla, the ball to announce iftar times, and the paper to write the "Quran".

These inventions first spread from Andalusia to Southern Europe. Madrasa-type schools were opened. Westerners called them universities. Then, under the influence of the Ottomans, gunpowder, paper, astronomy, geography and the compass passed to Europe.

Thanks to these, Europeans discovered America. The Crusades civilized Europeans. The Roman Empire had lost Northern Europe, but the Germans who occupied Rome became Christians to stand against Islam; They became Christians to protect themselves against Muslim Turks. Thus, the civilization that exists today in Europe was born.

If it were not for the "Quran", Arabia would not have reached the state stage. The inductive method would not be found, and the Greek and Mesopotamian heritage would remain buried underground.

If there had been no "Quran", neither the Germans nor the Slavs would have become Christians, America would not have been discovered, and the new civilization would not have come to Europe through the Crusades.

There may be those who claim the opposite. One might say it would have been something else. He may be right about that.

But in our opinion, the "Quran" was responsible for these. Then, both we and the world must examine and examine the "Quran". Whether we are for him or against him; In any case, we have to learn it. Because there are traces of it in every step we take.

c) -IT IS THE LAST BOOK

Science is not European science. If it is seen that a river originating from Mesopotamia sometimes sets in the east and emerges in the west, and sometimes sets in the west and emerges in the east; Religious books are also like this.

Europe offers the last civilization, and Islam offers the last religion. Therefore, we must learn science from Europe and religion from Islam. We can go back as we examine the topics. We can study the Bible, Torah, Vedas, Avestas. But now we have to learn science from Europe. We have to learn religion from Islam and the Quran. For this reason, priority has been given to the "Quran". “Quran” is the last book.

d) -IT IS THE ONLY BOOK WE CAN REACH

The fourth most important reason why we need to deal with the "Quran" is that we have access to the original of the "Quran" and that it is the last book that has come down to us unchanged. In science, one goes from the known to the unknown as a method. First, let's examine the "Quran" we have. Then we can go to other unknowns.

We do not have the originals of the Torah and the Bible. Even if there were, we don't know the language in which they were written. It has not been reviewed. Languages are always in a state of change. Written vocabularies and grammars are constantly changing. Linguists follow their times behind. But they can't get very far.

Therefore, we do not have the original of any book with its language other than the "Quran". We know the translations. Or, these books are written in dead languages. Even though “Quranic Arabic” is a dead language as a spoken language; It maintains all its freshness as a written language and as a scientific language.

Latin is also such a language. We do not accept it as a dead language either. The Bible is not in Latin. Latin should be considered and examined as the language of the Bible. Latin was the language of civilization before Christianity. A work can be known through its writing, words, language and interpretation.

In this respect, we have the “Quran” as a unique book. Its writing and recitation come to us in complete form. The language of the age has been discussed with its finest points.

It is also explained with examples as "usûlu fiqh".

“Judaism and Christianity” are the preparation practice of the “Quran”.

“Sunnah” is also an exemplary practice.

III- MIRACLE OF THE QUR'AN (FEATURES)

I have my body. Does it actually exist or not? I don't know about that. But the influences I receive tell me that such a thing is happening. If I don't feed that body of mine, if I don't clothe it, if I don't give it fresh air, if I injure it, I suffer severely. There are also bodies that resemble my body. I am communicating with them. The same goes for them. In fact, those who do not meet the needs of the body die. When they die, my communication with them stops.

So whether my body exists or not; I have to act by accepting it as it exists.

Even if he is not there, he is there for me.

I can say the same thing about my soul. I am conscious. I communicate with other conscious people. I feel pain when something is inappropriate. I have my will, I do what I want.

I am not free in all this. When I insult the other person, his body attacks me. When I am not fed, I writhe in pain. So, my body is at my disposal. It does what I command, but it doesn't show up. There is also something that commands. It seems so to me. And that is my soul.

Whether there is a soul or not. I have to act like I have a soul. Yaksa, I'm writhing in pain. I see that they are destroyed by the signals coming from bodies like mine to my body. On the other hand, I did not exist, I existed. I also know that I will die.

Now, there is my body, bodies similar to me, and the environment we call the Universe. They live by taking advantage of it. They are occupying space there. They buy food from there. They throw waste there. They benefit from his energy. I cannot have a body without the universe. Others do not have bodies. Then, there is a great world in which bodies are small. Without my body, that Universe would still continue to exist. But if there is no universe, there would be no me.

Now, doesn't the Universe, of which my soul is a part, have a soul? Maybe the Universe does not exist, but it seems that way to me. Even so, I have to accept it in order to continue my existence and get rid of my suffering. Otherwise I cannot continue my existence.

Well, perhaps there is no Universe in which souls are parts. But I have to accept it. I cannot survive otherwise. We call that spirit of the Universe "Allah". Whether it exists or not. The universe works in such a way that it is as if He exists.

Just as I accept the existence of my body, I accept the existence of my soul, I accept the Universe; I also have to accept the “soul of the universe”. I cannot explain events or adjust my behavior in any other way.

Since humans exist, all their needs must be met. Prophets came, books came and these needs were met. Evolving humans have always survived their times successfully.

Soru şudur:

-Who will be the prophet of our age, what will be the book of our age?

Humanity has always waited for a savior in times like these. He waited for the prophets. Prophets came, brought books and humanity took a new step in civilization. As a matter of fact, today there are expectations such as Mahdi and Jesus. However, both religion and science say "no" to this.

First of all, the Quran stated 1400 years ago that this book was the last book in the primitive life of the desert and that no prophet would come again. He replaced the new book with the system of ijtihad and ijma. It has been said that scholars will replace prophets. Thus, Muslims do not expect a new prophet and a new book.

August Komt came to Europe and put forward scientific findings. In the past, people were governed by religion. Then it was governed by philosophy. Now it will be governed by science. A new religion will emerge, and that is the religion of science. This has been said for about three centuries. Subsequent developments have always justified this prophecy. Positive science has always dominated the administration and religion based on revelation has remained on the sidelines.

August Komt did not deny the need for religion; he wanted to establish a religion of science. It was not successful. However, the scientific religion he described was the "religion of the Quran".

The "Quran" said the same things 1000 years ago and revealed the religion of science. There will be no more books. “The Quran” will appeal to every age and every community. The “Quran” will be preserved unchanged. “Quran” will be interpreted according to period and community. “Quran” will solve people's religious problems. This interpretation will be made with knowledge. The “Quran” brought the institutions of ijtihad and ijma.

The August Komt did not have such a book, the Komt did not have institutions of jurisprudence and consensus.

Whether God exists or not. Since we accept our own spiritual and physical existence and the existence of the Universe, we must also accept the existence of God. If we think exactly like this, whether the "Quran" is the book of Allah or not, we have to accept and treat it as the book of Allah.

In other words; Just as we have to accept the universe whether it is God or not and live by its laws, we have to accept the Quran whether it is the word of God or not and follow the path it shows. Because we do not have any other book like it. We also need such a book.

Another question is:

-So, how do we prove that the "Quran" is a unique book?

There is a lot of evidence that proves this to us. We can collect this evidence in four sections.

1. One of these is the “mathematics of the Quran”. The numerical structure of the universe and the numerical structure of the Quran are the same. Just as we can know who a person is through DNA tests, the DNA of the Quran and the DNA of the Universe coincide.

2. Then, the “Quran” introduces the Universe. It also introduces positive sciences. There is a complete parallelism between them. How would the illiterate people of the primitive society know these? How would he know that the era of science had begun?

3. You make a project. You can also present an example of it. If your machine works, you have made the right project. “Quran” founded the first civilization. It resulted in success. He stated this from the beginning. Now II. brought the solutions of civilization. There is no order that can match it. The “Fair Order Constitution” is proof of this.

4. The most important thing is that it is delivered to us intact. There is always growth of entropy in the universe. That is, it deteriorates over time and the original disappears. “The Quran” integrates over time and appears before us as a single book. He secured himself with the institution of ijma. “Quran” is a book that is established by consensus. It is not considered as the "Quran" on which there is no consensus. The alliance is also accepted as divine revelation.

1- MATHEMATICS

Take any item in your hand. Determine its shape; Identify it by placing letters on the shape. Then make a ruler and write the lengths opposite the letters. Then take some of them and analyze them, write their names and put their quantities next to them. These numbers are the mathematics of this stone.

If this stone is broken off from another rock, you will find a kinship between the mathematics of the rock and this stone. The dimensions of the broken faces are the same. The proportion of chemical substances is also the same. You can say with certainty that this stone broke away from this rock. Because the math is the same.

This is exactly how the universe has its mathematics.

This is based on the numbers 2,3,5,7 and 10.

2*5=10.

3 7=10.

The “universe” was built according to these numbers. The “Quran” was also compiled according to these numbers. Then, the “Quran” is the work of the One who created the Universe. This proof is definitive proof. However, it is not a proof that the public can easily see. It is necessary to know mathematics, natural sciences and Quran sciences.

2- CONTENT

When you write an article, you inevitably use a language. Your writing both shows the level of knowledge of those around you and reveals what you know right and what you know wrong.

In the “Quran”, it is stated that in the 600s, that is, in the 6th century, the people of Mecca and the Prophet Muhammad. It should reflect the culture and knowledge of Muhammad (AS). When we read it, we must reach those times. We must understand their beliefs, understanding and cultural levels.

However, we are reading the "Quran" now. At this time, we read according to the culture that today's humanity has reached and we do not see anything foreign. Because the provisions it contains are so general and correct that; Neither time nor place makes it seem strange. In its early years, it found a place in all humanity within a century. It maintains all its novelty for us today. He is always ahead of the curve.

There are strong verses in the “Quran”. It completely complies with positive science. There are mutashabihs. We cannot understand them. Because they do not appeal to our community and our age; That's why we skip it. The “Quran” has taught us this: “Act in accordance with the law. Interpret the mutashabihs, if you cannot, skip it.”

The “Quran” taught us this method.

An example: It is said, "We decorated the near sky with stars." However, the sky of stars is the sixth sky. The near sky is the rain sky. There is not even a star or even a piece of stone there. This verse was allegorical until the 20th century. Today it is the fundamental law of astronomy. The universe is growing. Galaxies are moving away from each other. The stars are getting closer to each other. That is, first of all, they maintain their distance due to the law of gravitation. These are attracted to each other and are sustained by movement. Additionally, stars are getting closer to each other due to friction.

In this way, as positive sciences develop, the metaphors in the "Quran" disappear one by one and become more solid. Thus, the "Quran" emerges with its new miracle in every century.

If the "Quran" was a human word, how would he know these things?

3- COMMENT / WORK

The “Quran” does not only provide information. He brought provisions for people to live and develop. These provisions are in harmony with the provisions in Judaism and Christianity. The Prophet (PBUH) gave an example by applying it.

Mujtahids developed the "science of fiqh". The "Islamic Civilization" shaped accordingly became a successful civilization that lasted for 1500 years. With the influence of this civilization, "European Civilization" was born. This civilization is at its highest level today. Today, we are creating the "Just Order" with the teachings of the "Quran".

This means that the "Quran" was successful not only with its knowledge, but also in creating the future civilization. It has made an impact.

An American professor ranked Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) first in his book "The Hundred Most Influential People". So, a non-Muslim scientist declares that the "Quran" is the most effective work written on earth.

The influence of the “Quran” does not end here. Now “III. It gives the effect of creating the "Thousand Year Civilization".

Marx's book Capital appeared and, with the support of capital, confused humanity for 70 years. But its impact will be so small that it will be forgotten a century later. However, the “Torah” has been effective for more than 3000 years. “The Bible” has been influential for 2000 years. “Quran” has influenced humanity for 1500 years and “III. It will also create the "Thousand Year Civilization". What could be the reason for the capitalists and socialists to attack him with anger other than their fear of him?

4- TRANSITION

A work comes, has an impact, creates civilization and goes away. The Torah, the Bible and other holy books become history and disappear or become ashes. You cannot activate it again. Because you cannot reach him.

However, this was not the case for the “Quran”. The "Quran", which started to descend in Mecca, was created in Medina. It was gathered during the time of the Caliphs. It was determined with the sciences created later that; Today we have it without losing anything.

We know its recitation... We know its writing... We know its language... We know its interpretation method...

In other words, the “Quran” is like a car that has just left the factory, with everything ready; Only the driver and passengers are waiting. Even gasoline was placed there.

The existence of the "Quran" in its present form is a miracle.

Allah olsun olmasın, “Kur’an” Allah sözü olsun olmasın!..

This text will unite humanity. In other words, everyone will remain in their own religion, but those who believe in God will benefit from the "Quran" for their own religion. Those who are irreligious will also benefit from the "Quran" for their irreligiousness. They will be able to practice atheism thanks to him.

If there are similar things, if we are to collect them under one name; We look for their common features. We give a name to the feature that combines common features. Our brain discards features that are not common.

-Who determines these common features?

Our brains detect it while speaking.

When we say "bird" we all understand something. Then we pass them on to each other. Then scientists come and make a description of the bird. Definitions vary. There are beings that all scientists accept as birds. There are beings that no scientist considers birds. There may be creatures that some scientists accept as birds and others do not. For example, a bat is not a bird, but some may consider it to be a bird.

This is the case for all definitions. The definition that all scientists agree on is the definition that is fixed by ijma. This is the surest way for us. This is not enough. We make ijtihad and apply our choices for ourselves. But the definition that will bind humanity is the definition that is fixed by consensus.

We will use Ijama and ijtihad for the “Quran”.

In logic, the common properties of sets are expressed as "product" (and) the sum of different properties is expressed as "addition" (or). In Islam, common features are called "ijma" and the sum of different features is called "ijtihad".

a) -KUR’AN

Languages are just sounds with meaning. It comes out of our mouth. It has two forms: verse and prose.

We have daily conversations in prose.

We say our words expressing emotions in verse. There is also music in verse.

Kur’an” nesirdir. Görünür nazmı yoktur. Bununla beraber şiir gibi müzikaldir.

Also, some of the languages are plain languages. There are no notes such as lengthening, shortening, thin or thick. Turkish language is like this. Some languages are more musical. Persian and Arabic are like this.

Therefore, the “Quran” is also musical in terms of language.

Today, there are around 300 000 "Quran memorizers" in the world. They recite the "Quran" from beginning to end. Maybe 30 thousand of them are "kurra"; That is, they read the "Quran" without looking at the mushaf, combining all the variants of the "Quran" that are fixed by ijma. They did not memorize the "Quran" from the mushaf. They took it orally. In other words, their teachers read to them and they learned.

The reading that these hafizes and Qurras conveyed to us is the "Quran".

“Quran” is different from writing. If I hand you a book and say "take", you take it. If I said, “Buy the book,” I wouldn't be speaking eloquently. If you say to someone who knows you, "I am Süleyman, you are Ahmet", it would be pointless. But you have to do this in written language. You also use some special signs in written language and can use them to explain what is happening in spoken language.

There are ten ways to read the "Quran" today. These have become scientific. Namely; How it comes out of the mouth and how it is expressed has been expressed in written form. Differences have been identified. The recitations coming from 7 branches were accepted as the "Quran" by ijma. That is, there was no disagreement in those recitations. Therefore, not considering one of these 7 recitations as part of the "Quran" is a denial of ijma. Opposition to ijma is considered blasphemy. It is agreed that those outside the ten carats are not from the "Quran". Thus, considering any of them as the "Quran" is against the consensus. It is considered blasphemy. There is a lot of doubt in three recitations. Anyone who wants can count it as "the Quran", or whoever wants can not.

Now let's give an example of these:

In the “Quran”, “Erculiküm” is also read and “Ercülekim” is also read. If you read it as “Erculikum” it means “Wipe your feet”; If you read “Ercüleküm” it means “Wash your feet”. These two recitations are among seven recitations. Whoever says that one of the two Qiraats is wrong, then he leaves the ijma.

There is also recitation with ref. This is shame. By consensus, “It is not from the Quran.

The ijma made after the previous ones disagreed is also ijma.

There are findings that come to us like this.

Let's briefly start from the history of how we got here.

First, while he was in Mecca, the Prophet (PBUH) was hearing the Angel of Revelation "Quran" and repeating it himself. Those next to him were both hearing and writing. Since the "Quran" was revealed in pieces and there was no paper, what was written was a copy. The Prophet (PBUH) could not control the writing because he did not know it. The Angel of Revelation came every year in the month of Ramadan and taught him what he taught in order. The Prophet (PBUH) also conveyed this to his friends.

We have not received any copies of what was written in Mecca.

After migrating to Medina, the Prophet (PBUH) established a school. This school, called “Suffa”, was partially boarding. Food was being served. It was staying there. There, the "Quran" was both memorized and written. The receiving from the Angel of Revelation was ongoing. Here, many companions learned the "Quran" by heart. Since there was no book yet, what was written remained in the center. Those who wanted to memorize could benefit from written materials.

The “Quran” was arranged in surahs and verses. Hazrat Abu Bakr had such a book. He left it to his daughter. During the time of Hazrat Osman (AS), it was decided to compile the "Quran" and turn it into a single book. Five lots were chosen. They combined all the Qur'ans and writings and wrote today's "Quran". Hazrat Abu Bakr's copy was taken as basis. While writing this, they disagreed neither in the order of the suras nor in the order of the verses.

Five copies were written during this writing process. None of the disputed issues were included in the "Quran". What was agreed upon was written. The style of writing at that time was also suitable for this. Because it could be read with different recitations. There was no movement. There were no punctuation marks. If there were those whose common spelling was not possible but were proven to be from the "Quran", they were written differently even in different copies. They determined that they were both "Quran". For example, in the 100th verse of Surah At-Tawbah, only "Tahtaha" is written in four copies, and "Min Tahtıha" is written only in the Mecca copy. Here, none of the next ten recitations contradict what is written in this "Mushaf".

Four of these "Mushafs" were sent to different places. One of the companions took them and had them read there. Some of the students he taught turned out to be famous. They established 7 schools. Each school has two narrators. Thus, consensus was reached on these seven recitations. Other schools have become mukariz. In other words, seven schools have survived until today. However, the recitations of other schools were also put into writing. Now we know who reads it and how, but we do not consider them as "Quran".

Later, these seven schools were combined and started to be studied together. Thus, consensus was reached on seven recitations. Today, a "Science of Recitation" has been born. There are recitation schools. These schools continue on this. We gave “Erculiküm” and “Erculeküm” as examples of the differences in recitation.

In Surah Fatiha, “Meliki Yevmiddin” and “Mâliki Yevmiddin” are among the seven carats.

-Is there anything we can do today?

What we will do is to record the recitations of the world's Quran on audio tapes and save them. By working on these, we get closer to the original phonetics. Those before us explained the sounds and wrote them down. They read it and passed it on. However, there may have been variation because this was word of mouth. It is only possible to find the original by combining the recitations on earth.

Since the recitations are finalized in every way, there is nothing we can add to them. But we can reveal superior qualities among them. Namely; We can say which recitation is better: “Malik yevmi eddin” or “Māliki yevmi al-din”. We can determine this as follows. If we read "Melik", the noun perpetrator becomes one. If we match “Alemin” to this one, the other alifs will no longer be 7 and will remain 6. Then, we can say that the most effective reading should be "Mâliki Yevmiddîn".

There is no other text in the world whose recitation has been transmitted so meticulously and determined by consensus.

We need a text. That text will unite us. There is no other text on Earth that can unite different communities and unite different ages. None of the other religious books even have recitation versions. Everyone reads however they want.

b) -KİTAB

The voice is spoken and passes. Even the speaker may forget what he said. However, the writing becomes permanent. It both refreshes the writer's memory and takes him/her far away. It is transmitted from generation to generation.

In this respect, two great civilizations were born in history: "Mesopotamian Civilization" and "Hebrew Civilization".

1. The first of these civilizations is the "Sumerian Civilization" where "shape writing" was found. Cuneiform writing was discovered.

2. The other one is “Hebrew Civilization” where “letter writing” is found.

Today, the “Quran” was written with the most advanced writing technique. There are 300 million copies in the world.

The method of science should be this. These 300 million copies should be examined and a common text should be found. The “Quran” we have is written in an extremely advanced script. To understand this, we need to look at the writing technique. People grasp words suddenly. Just as it is difficult for us to understand words with different emphasis, let alone sounds coming from the ear in fragments, we also have difficulty understanding words written differently in writing. Although it is difficult to write and learn, the most suitable type of writing is figure writing. Because every shape immediately reminds the human mind of that existence. We could have written "Republic of Turkey" instead of the star and crescent flag. But no country does this. He prefers figure writing on his flag.

Here, Latin writing is not formal writing. The word does not represent existence. However, since there are no vowels in the Arabic script, the word is written in three-by-five dimensions and the eye immediately recognizes it as a whole, not letter by letter. I know you with your whole face. The first Quran was written like this. It was missing. Today, since it has been activated, it has preserved all the good aspects of both letter writing and figure writing.

The “Quran” was written in such a beautiful script. For this reason, calligraphy has reached this level only among Muslims. The book has 600 pages. There are fifteen lines on each page. Each page ends with a verse. That is, a sentence does not move to the second page. Believers read 20 pages a day and memorize the book during Ramadan. Thus, we have the book that everyone sees as the “Quran”. There may be differences between copies only in the movements. In terms of writing, they are all compatible with each other.

Now let's consider how the Quran was written.

When the "Quran" began to be revealed in Mecca, the Arabs had very primitive writing. There were no vowels at all. Some letters were also missing. Sometimes two, sometimes three letters were written the same way. They had no such thing as books. They would write piece by piece on things such as leather, wood, bone and stone. They would keep it in a chest. This is how the "Quran" began to be written. In Arabs, writing was used only for determining debts and receivables. Also, some poems were written and hung on the wall of the Kaaba. When he arrived in Medina, the Suffa School was established. It was written here systematically but without any changes in the text.

During the time of Hazrat Osman, it was made into a book with leather leaves and was copied in five copies and sent to other countries. Qurans began to be written there based on these copies.

Reading the “Quran” every Ramadan was a tradition that started during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). While the "Quran" was being written, they did not include the controversial parts in the "Quran". They disagreed whether "Tawbah" was a separate sura or the same surah. In the end, they agreed that it should be written separately and not include "Besmele".

“Quran” was divided into thirty parts. Thus, one juz was recited every day. These parts did not fit the pages. Each calligrapher arranged the pages the way he wanted.

Then actions were taken. The text was made perfect by adding punctuation marks. Colored ink was initially used to distinguish them, but this was later abandoned.

The “Quran” took its current page form during the Ottoman period. Today, some changes have been made to the article. For example, if "N" comes before "M", "M" is read, and to express this, the lowercase letter mim was placed instead of inflection. In addition, the miraculous Quran was written in which the words "Allah" line up.

Is there anything we can do about the writing of the "Quran"?

There is not much we can do about the writing of the "Quran". We can beautify the writing of some letters. Some of the letters “A” have transformed into the letters “V” or “Y”. This is a letter, it must be written. But some “AA”s are extensions of the movement. In the first copies, those that changed from letters were written, those that did not change from letters were not written. This rule is not fully followed today. Elif should be written or an extension sign should be placed according to the number of letters. The unanimous Quraats must be written in black ink. Different recitations should be marked with different ink. It should also be written in Latin letters. We developed this article. We wrote the movements in lowercase letters. We wrote the illegible letters in lowercase letters. Next to the letter “A” we put a “v” or “y” sign. We made the tenvin lowercase.

Here, the "Quran" has survived to this day in agreement with the source. There are those who think of finding the previous fragments and distorting the current "Quran". However, even if they were found, they would not be considered as the "Quran" because they would not be confirmed by ijma. Some people try to change the places of the suras and the verses. They can do this in translations. However, there is no conflict in the order of the surahs and verses of the "Quran". It was written in agreement. Since humanity has such a common text, it has to learn and evaluate it, whether it accepts it as the book of Allah or not. Allah made the Arabs weak after a certain period of time. Humanity that accepts the "Quran" will never come under the domination of the Arabs. Because they have no power. It won't happen.

c) -ZİKİR

The “Quran” is being recited. It has been written. We have no problem in this regard. But all this is not enough. We need to know the Arabic language of the time when the "Quran" was revealed. Languages are always changing. In our house, we called “seki” “sevke”. They called it "sevki" in my uncle's house. If changes occur in such a short time, what will happen in thousands of years? We also call auntie auntie. Which is correct in Arabic. We call the aunt "Bibi". However, in Istanbul Turkish, the father's brother is incorrectly called hala.

Muslims have mobilized to determine and protect the language of the "Quran". They have studied an Arabic language such as "Quran Arabic". Today, we have an "Arabic of the Quran" that is unlike any other language. These are called ulumu semaniye.

First, science was conducted on the places of origin of letters, their forms of emergence, their properties, transformations, alignments, and concatenations, and the "Science of Tajwid" was developed. By considering the poems of the ignorance period before the "Quran" and the idioms of the people, the "Quran" was accepted as the main source. They prepared “dictionaries” that say: They did not take the language after the "Quran" as an example. Even hadiths have not been a source for linguists. There are no books that have been reviewed using this method. For example, did socialists conduct such an analysis of Marx's Capital? Did they make the language of Capital the main source? They made Russian their own language, which has nothing to do with Marx. They wanted to treat it as a new language. This work was so important that Arabic became the language of the ages. Today we understand “Quranic Arabic” more easily than everyday Arabic. Then they developed the rules of producing words in the language. “Consumable Science” emerged. This is important because of this. Only in this way can new words be produced from roots. This is the only way to know which phrases will carry which meanings. Then they made examining sentence structure a separate science. They called this "Science of Syntax". In this way, they determined the meanings of functions such as agent, subject, and pronoun in the sentence. They discussed the subtle meanings of different expressions. In the expression "Take this, buy this, buy this book, buy this book", the same task is always requested from the other party. But when do we extend it and just say “take it”? When do we say “buy this”? When do we say “buy the book”? When you say "Take it" it doesn't mean anything. Take what you handed me and take it out. When you say "Take this", you take this, not anyone else. When you say "Take the book", it means I am giving you the book, do what is necessary. When you say "buy this book", it means buy only this book and evaluate it accordingly, not any other book. If you explain this book without further ado, other meanings will emerge. The science that studies these is called "Maani Science". "Beyan Science": It is the art of using language to express new concepts. First comes simile. Metaphor and allusion arts are used. It means giving new meanings to words. The “Quran” produced almost no new words. He always gave new meanings to words. “Bedii İlmi”: When saying a word, it is necessary to make the other party listen to it. How beautiful the flowers are. Thus, they attract bees to themselves. They emit a pleasant scent. When we eat something, we not only want it to be satisfying, we also want it to be sweet. If the speaker speaks in accordance with these, then he will make people listen, otherwise he cannot make people listen. The science of bediiyyat was created to reveal these principles of the "Quran". It contains rules applicable to all arts. It was determined that the "Quran" complies with the highest rules of art. It turned out that there were no grammatical errors. It was determined that very subtle meanings were carried in what appeared to be errors. Finally, they added another science that the Arabs did not have. This was the "Science of Logic". They learned this from Christians. They learned from the Greeks. Language is gradual. Spoken language is concrete language. Written language is an abstract language. There is also the language of poetry. It is the language of art. There is legal language. It is the language of interpretation. In none of these are the boundaries denoted by the word drawn. It is unclear what we understand when we say "Ankara". Its boundaries are not clear. But there is a city of Ankara determined by law. Its limits are clear. Thus, a language with strictly limited concepts is a scientific language. It's called a logic language. This is used for birds. Because there is certainty in their language. He did not define the words “Quran”. He left it to the mujtahids. He left it to the communities. This requires knowledge. Muslims took this to the highest level.

Thus, they developed the eight sciences. They completely rebuilt them themselves. They did it only for the "Quran". They took the logic from Greece. But they considered it as religious knowledge.

In addition, they developed mathematics and positive sciences to understand and apply the "Quran". “Quran” was thus identified with its language. It came to us. We have no problem in this regard.

We have a lot of work to do here. First we must learn this "Quran Arabic". We must know the words with the sciences of our age. Thus, "Quran" will be understood with these new definitions. These definitions must comply with the grammatical rules of the Quran language. It should not be contrary to ijma. They should be consistent among themselves. Eventually, such a system should emerge that should solve the problems of our age. This is how we created the "Constitution of Humanity According to Fair Order". Our work on this issue continues.

d) -FURKAN

Science is one thing, ijtihad is another. Science teaches us about the past. It determines what is and what is not. Ijtihad reveals what we should do in the future. Science determines where a rule exists. Ijtihad, on the other hand, indicates which rules should be applied to a place. In other words, it is a making. It is a gathering.

We have learned the sciences of the "Quran", but now we also need to learn the provisions of the "Quran". So, we need to do a project. We need to make judgments about the future. A science has been developed for these. This is the science of ijtihad. This is project science. It is the science of making and interpreting laws. Humanity desperately needs this knowledge. This science was developed on the “Quran”. But it is valid in all contracts and laws. In order to understand this science easily, we need to focus on the "Quran". There is no other book that constitutes such knowledge other than the "Quran".

Book-Sunnah

The book is the information that we can now determine whether what is said or written is true or not. This is the saying "There are two Bosphorus bridges in Istanbul".

Words or writings are sunnah if the person telling the truth tells the truth. “Demirel had the Istanbul bridge built.” We can never determine this.

The Quran is a book. Hadiths are sunnah.

Ijma-Ijtihad

When separate studies are conducted, the conclusions that they reach the same conclusion without being influenced by each other are definitive. There is no error, it is accepted. Those who come after him have an obligation to comply with him. Even if their opinions differ, they follow him until there is consensus to the contrary. Ijtihad is the researcher's own opinion. For opinions that are not contrary to ijma, each researcher acts according to his own opinion. Those who cannot do research follow the researchers they choose with their own research.

Judge-Judgment

Rules are what communities must follow while living. The universe was created within rules. We can only live in this way. If there were no rules, we would not know that when we put our hands into the fire, it would burn and we would burn our arms to ashes. Whoever sets the rules in the universe has the authority to set the rules in the community as well. However, he left it up to the community to set these rules. On behalf of the community, a person makes his/her jurisprudence and sets the rules. That rule is binding on him and those who follow it. If there is an alliance, it binds everyone. When a person makes rules, he makes them in the name of the community, that is, in the name of God.

Burden-Taxpayer

People have duties within the rules. We call this "burden". The taxpayer has powers, responsibilities and rights. The person responsible here is human. He will do these things on his own behalf and get rewarded. Thus, an order emerges.

The "Quran" has come to us with its recitation, its book, its dhikr and its verses. We have a definitive text. It is taught clearly. Its language is known clearly. The interpretation technique has also arrived. There is no other book like it. It was already stated in Mecca that this would happen.

Every writing has deterioration over time. Entropy is growing. The entropy of the “Quran” is shrinking. Those that are fixed by ijma become certain and their entropy decreases. The dispersion occurs in a narrower range. This is the greatest miracle. It is a miracle that this was informed from the beginning. Because this reduction of entropy has been achieved through a thousand years of great social effort.

“Quran” has formed the common language of humanity. The only language and book that different communities can understand at different times is the "Quran". Humanity has no other book like it. Even if they do not accept its contents, they have to evaluate it as a language and common text.

THE QURAN HAS CHANGED

-He made the Meccans literate.

-He brought the Arabs to state transcendence.

-He helped the Abbasids establish the scientific civilization.

-He made the Turks the dominant nation of the world.

-It led to the birth of European Civilization.

He did these with the advanced order he introduced.

Now let's get to know the innovations made by the "Quran".

0) SHARIA

He introduced the order of ijtihad and ijma. Make the rules for yourself and change them whenever you want; But, follow the rules you set while they are valid. Make any contract you want with other people and end it whenever you want. But abide by the contract while it is valid. Join or leave the tribe you want; But, listen to the administrators of the communities you join and follow their rules. Have any disputes that arise between you resolved by arbitrators of your choice. Obey the decisions of the referees you choose. This is the system of ijtihad and ijma. The "Quran" presented this to humanity for the first time. Humanity has still not reached this level.

A) PEACE ORDER

ISLAM (1) Islam is an agreement to live in peace. Let's make contracts, go to arbitration, let's elect our president. Let's live in peace without war with each other. For the first time, the "Quran" brought the order of peace among tribes, clans, tribes, tribes and humanity. It has become a book that appeals to all humanity. But it has abolished tribalism, sha'bism, tribalism and tribalism. He suggested that they live in peace. Islam introduced the system of protecting their own existence in peace without dominating each other. It is a secular order with decentralized governance.

FAITH (2) Peace is achieved by complying with the decisions of the referees. A force is needed to maintain peace. Who protects this? Let volunteer soldiers protect this. No one should be forced into military service. Those who do not want to do military service should pay the jizya and not participate in the war. But they should also have the authority to ensure the implementation of arbitral decisions. The "Quran" introduced the system of ensuring peace by volunteers through the jizya method. These are believers. Believer means someone who provides security.

HİCRET (3) Yeryüzü işgal ve ihya ile bölüşülecektir. Anlaşabilecekler aynı yerde toplanabileceklerdir. Böylece yerinden yönetim oluşacaktır. Demokrasi seçimle değil hicretle oluşacaktır. Topluluğunu beğenmeyen ayrılıp istediğ topluluğa katılabilir. Ortak bulabilirse istediği seviyede topluluk kurabilir. Gümrük ve vize duvarlarını kaldıran ilk düzeni “Kur’an” getirmiştir.

JIHAD (4) It is the duty and authority of those who volunteer to be soldiers to exclude those who do not comply with the referee's decisions and want to disrupt the peace order. War for booty is forbidden. However, it has become legitimate to attack states that have been convicted by arbitral decisions. The spoils of war were considered legitimate. There is no war for booty, but there is booty in legitimate war. This rule was brought by the "Quran". Thus, those who frighten legitimate citizens and cause mischief are disciplined. It is determined not by legal procedures but by military procedures. Provinces side with convicted persons. They do not touch their relatives or those accompanying them. States, on the other hand, fight front-line wars. They destroy the opposing front. The wet burns alongside the dry. The authority to wage jihad is given only to provinces and countries; sub-districts, hearths and humanity cannot do it. The "Quran" abolished wars for spoils and also put an end to tribal fights. It did not adopt the single state principle either. Humanity has no armed sanctions. After the arbitral decisions, the volunteers of any state can invade that state and collect tribute or plunder it. The criminal is also eliminated as a person. Their relatives cannot be touched. The “Quran” introduced the principle of personal criminal liability.

B) PERSON LIABILITY

LEARNING (5) Everyone must learn the rules of humanity and their community. Must read for this. The first commandment of the "Quran" is to read. In order to learn, there must be things to learn. This became the “Quran”. The words, writing, language and interpretation of the "Quran" have become science. In every community, there will be those who learn the "Quran", and when they return to their own communities, they will interpret it according to their own communities and teach it in their own language. It is the first religion that made this educational system obligatory for humanity. The task of conveying the "Quran" to all people in their own language is given to believers, that is, those who believe in it. It will only be communicated but will never be forced. He also ordered to learn their knowledge.

Atonement (6) The rule of repelling evil with good has been introduced. Instead of harming the person who caused harm and taking revenge on the criminal; The principle of compensating the damage and making the criminal do good was introduced. The person who runs the red light does not pay the fine, but donates to the traffic foundation. He makes the donation voluntarily. It cannot be taken by force. But if he does not make this donation and constantly violates traffic, this person will be removed from that community. He who has no money fasts. The “Quran” introduced the system of punishing oneself by doing good. Humanity still does not practice it.

NEFY (7) Those living in a community are obliged to comply with the rules. But it is never possible to fully comply with the rules. Therefore, people who have to break the rules voluntarily make up for their bad deeds with good deeds by doing the designated penance good deeds in return. Thus, everyone tries to be good of their own free will. Attempting to punish those who do not do this will unsettle the community. Investigation and conviction make the community a cumbersome and oppressive community. He suddenly punishes people who do this. In other words, he punishes with a single judgment, not because of his separate acts, but by doing so for all of them. That is also kohl. Such people are exiled from that district by arbitral decisions or by the discretion of the president. This is only valid for the sub-district, there is no expulsion from the province or country. It is the "Quran" that introduced this method of nefy.

PROHIBITIONS (8) “Quran” introduced the concept of haram. Saying it is haram is a bad thing. But there is no penalty. Only the law does not protect it. The law protects the acts deemed legitimate by the law. The law does not protect elephants that it does not consider legitimate, but there may be no punishment. Drinking alcohol is haram, but it is not a crime and there is no punishment. Gambling is haram, but there is no penalty. It is the "Quran" that first distinguishes the concept of haram from the concept of crime. Thus, the state has introduced a system that protects legitimate acts and contracts, punishes prohibited acts, but does not interfere with others and leaves citizens to their own devices. It has not turned the community into a crime-penalty area. But it has restrained illegitimate movements. It introduced definitive proof provisions in penalties. Community not with punishments; He preferred to regulate it through penance, exile, haram and dietary institutions. It is the "Quran" that separates criminal proceedings from civil proceedings.

C) COMMUNITY OBLIGATION

MARRIAGE (9) Free sexual intercourse is prohibited. It is forbidden for relatives to have sexual intercourse. Those who marry engage in sexual intercourse and start families. This issue exists in all religions and communities. Only the European community has allowed sexual intercourse. The result was population decline and AIDS. However, the “Quran” regulates sexual relations in an ideal way. He reduced marriage to only an open contract. It abolished the obligation of a formal ceremony. He put the prohibition of adultery into the form of sexual intercourse with two people during the waiting period of a single woman. Sexual intercourse between relatives or secret relationships was punished. He made no difference between men and women in punishment. It also made divorce easier. He balanced it with magic. Thus, it brought ease of sexual intercourse but also prevented adultery. It is the ideal arrangement. The West is still in a state of heedlessness. Unofficial sexual relations are regulated by law.

PROXIMITY (10) He expanded the institution of proximity. In addition to the closeness of lineage, he also accepted the closeness of magic. In this way, relatives of the spouses could easily enter and exit the house. He also established milk kinship. Thus, the child raised by others became their relative. Fourthly, by establishing kinship between slaves and their owners, the opportunity to live together was provided. The closeness continued after the emancipation. War made slavery necessary. But in Rome, slaves have no personality. It is like a thing. They cannot be defendants or plaintiffs. Slavery in this sense was abolished and replaced only with the principle of not being able to own property. They have all civil rights, including the right to own property. It is the Roman type of slavery that is banned in the West. Otherwise, Islamic style slavery continues at full speed. Workers and civil servants are actually Islamic type slaves. There is a letter "s" and "c" difference between slavery and captivity. In the West, it is pronounced “c” “s”.

USE (11) They have the right to benefit from that place by occupation. When they leave it, they have no rights over it. Western occupation is considered the cause of ownership. “This is mine!” It is said. Socialists, on the other hand, do not even consider it as a reason for usufruct rights to arise. The “Quran” considers occupation as the reason for usufruct. This right ends upon his release. This provision of the “Quran” cannot be understood even today.

PROPERTY (12) Labor is one's own right. Others have no right to usurp it. If someone has worked hard and produced or developed a place, his right to occupy it continues. Whoever transfers his labor here will be occupying that place. It is transferred to his heirs. This is called property right. It can be taken from this person's forehead because he cannot evaluate it adequately. However, they should be given their due for their labor. Socialists do not recognize this right of labor. They do not give anything in case of evacuation. There is no selling or transferring to heirs. Thus, the “Quran” brought an order that is free from excess and negligence.

D- WORSHIP

TIME (13) People should organize their time together. That is, they should get up together, go to work together, have a lunch break together, start the evening shift together, have an evening break together, and go to bed together. They should spend their weekends and annual holidays together. For this reason, the "Quran" commanded prayer. Not only do these prayers organize their working hours and life times, but when they come together, they also do education, learn about life, and make collective decisions. Although all religions have timely prayers. However, the "Quran" systematized it and arranged it to cover the whole life.

GOODS (14) People work, earn and live by themselves. However, they have common expenses such as roads and defense. For this reason, they combine some of their assets and spend them on common expenses. This exists in all systems. The innovation made by the “Quran” here determined these partnership shares and gave them as a right to the managers. This share, which has a maximum of one fifth, is determined by the "Quran" and is unchangeable. This may decrease by halving. This ratio, one fifth, has been determined by the “Quran”. The authority of rulers to impose whatever taxes they wish was abolished. In Europe, an attempt was made to implement this with the principle that it is imposed by law, but since the laws were suggested by governments, the result was only deception. Zakat not only regulates the principle of legality, but also protects property law to the fullest. Social security is provided by zakat. After that, economic activities are carried out in a completely liberal manner. The liberal order is preserved with the prohibition of interest and zakat. However, since liberalism is not protected in the Western order, it turns into capitalism and socialism. With this rule of the "Quran", liberalism survived without any problems for 1400 years.

BODY (15) A person must protect his body from some prohibitions. One should not eat harmful things, should not engage in free sexual relations, and should not take harmful things such as cigarettes. In short, he must have the will. You can only achieve this will training through fasting. Fasting also involves natural infusion. It is a health institution. Fasting is a tool in penance. He determined this as one month a year. It also prevented resonance by changing it from season to season.

HUMANITY (16) We protect our own time, our own property, our own body within our own community. But we live among humanity. We need to relate to other people. We hold daily meetings in our hearth and weekly meetings in our town. But there is a need for a center that will be established jointly by all humanity. This was accepted as the Kaaba in Mecca and released to all humanity. Believers were commanded to go there once in their lives and this place was kept alive. Today, banning that place to non-Muslims is murder. It is a cause of war. Whoever enters there will be safe. It is the common fair of all people. Thus, only the "Quran" established the common center open to all humanity. In recent years, this practice has been stifled by the visa and passport rules imposed by the West. Humanity is waiting for a great disaster. This is the main reason. Just as Salih's camel caused the destruction of the people, it will also cause the destruction of those who forbade entering Mecca. Pilgrimage made in these years is not valid. That's why I don't do Hajj. I invite humanity to save Mecca.

E- PENALTIES

QISAS (17) He introduced the rule of retaliation in punishment. Retaliation is completely different from revenge and vendetta. Revenge and vendetta are revenge itself. It is judgment without reasoning. Retaliation, on the other hand, is not to be judged, but only to meet the effective act that is deliberately given with a similar one. This is the basic rule of law. However, some conditions have been imposed here. There will be full intent for retaliation, the act will be proven conclusively, the person will not leave that community, and the victims will not be forgiven. Thus, he protected the institution for its legal protection, but actually reduced it to a minimum by aggravating the conditions. He arranged the “Quran” short in its ideal form.

DİYET (18) Compensation paid to crime victims. In this way, on the one hand, retaliation was reduced, and on the other hand, victimization was compensated. The innovation of the "Quran" here is that the diet is paid by the solidarity partners. This issue was adhered to so much that mujtahids even included the perpetrator in the installments. In this way, the diet became paid. Otherwise, revenge is sought in wrongful deaths because the perpetrator usually cannot pay the compensation. Solidarity partnership became the guaranteed insurance of the industrial period as it provided solidarity in case of wrongful damages. The Western insurance system encourages people to commit crimes. The insurance system of the “Quran” prevents crime. Diet is the form of penalties converted into money. Criminal law rules do not apply. Definitive proof is not required, intent is not required, and even if one leaves the community, diya is not abated. Forgiveness is not permissible during diets. The heirs receive the diyas, and the closest relative who is not an heir receives the amnesty. The inheritance of the person who rejects the inheritance goes to other heirs. It goes to the next heirs. “The Quran” brought this principle.

TEMPORARY EXPOSURE (19) Acts that corrupt the community, such as adultery, were punished with a stick. The principle of pleasure versus torment was developed. Punishment is applied publicly and in the place where the act was committed. It is displayed to the public. Thus, social pressure is created against criminal acts. Prison sentence binds freedom. It will be a punishment not only for him but also for his relatives. It is against the personality of the punishment. Here, the condition for full unification is introduced. Lovemaking and flirting were not punished.

CONTINUOUS EXPOSURE (20) The thief's arm is cut off and the horny man is made a castrate. This makes the person incapable of committing a crime. He knows he is a thief. However, a new condition other than definitive proof has been introduced here. That is, the amount stolen must be less than the specified amount. Each sub-district determines this amount itself. Thus, the arm amputation penalty may not be imposed at all. He abandoned the punishment of amputation in terms of intimidation, but made it extremely difficult in terms of implementation. Thus, the application of punishment has been reduced to a minimum without losing the preventive function of punishment.

F- SECURITY

ALIMONY (21) Everyone has the right to life. Social security is provided for everyone, whether they work or not, whether they are sick or healthy. Parents abuse their children. Children look after the elderly. Those who do not have children or parents are looked after by their relatives. These are supported from the budget. In other words, social security is based on proximity. However, it must be financially supported by the community budget. So, there is general insurance. Humanity has not yet reached this level.

STUDY (22) He received the tax in exchange for an interest-free loan. The person gets his loan interest-free, uses it and pays his taxes with his own declaration. It reduces or reduces the credit according to the tax paid. With the Selem institution, the people regulate all economic activities at the beginning of the period. This could not be implemented in the First Qur'anic Civilization. “III. The "Millennium Civilization" will be based on this. For this reason, the "Quran" has sent down the longest verse that covers one page.

PRESIDENCY (23) Each community will have a president. When two people come together, one of them will be president. Authority will be given to the president by alliance. The President will make decisions after consultation, and the decisions he makes will be implemented. The victims will then go to the referees and get their rights. Those who do not listen to the president's orders will leave that community. These presidents are the heads of the quarry and the sub-district. Provincial, country and humanitarian presidents are only the presidents of their own central sub-districts. There is Umme'l-kura. There is no Imamu'l-qawm. There is no Imamu'n-nas. There is the Imam of Mecca. Umme'l-kura in Mecca. “The Quran” brought this innovation. This is a system of decentralization. It is still not understood.

ARBITRATION (24) The Prophet (PBUH) connected the resolution of all disputes to the judiciary. He imposed extrajudicial execution on the Jews who sided with the enemies during the war, and very severe punishments were given by the arbitrator they agreed with. He complied with the judicial decision exactly. The arbitration system has replaced centrally appointed judges or the chief judiciary. It has made clear provisions on this matter. Today, in Western law, it is optional and accepted only in law. However, the "Quran" has codified the judiciary in every field.

It is seen that the "Quran" made the legal reform, the constitution reform and today's civilization was formed thanks to the radical reforms. With the closure of the institution of ijtihad, the Islamic world declined because not the "Quran" but the provisions derived from it were insufficient. However, with the "Quran" being reconsidered and jurisprudence made, people began to study "III. They will establish the "Thousand Year Civilization".

Yukarıdaki konulardan her biri bir doktora konusudur. Gençler bunlardan birini seçip değişik fakültelerde doktora yapmalıdır. Mesela, İslâm’da içtihat ve icma bir doktora konusudur.

4- EDUCATION

Education in Islam started with reciting the "Quran" by heart. The "Quran" is read and prayers are performed. Then they learned to read and write to read the "Quran" from the book.

1- LIFETIME

In the Quran, "O Lord, pray to increase my knowledge." says. This order commands us to read throughout our lives. The Prophet interprets this as "Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave."

The human day is divided into 24 hours. Half of this is spent with the necessities of life. 8 hours are spent sleeping, 4 hours are spent eating, resting and chatting within the family. The other half is reserved for working life. Half of the time allocated for working life, that is, 6 hours, is spent working to make ends meet. The family makes ends meet with this work. God created the universe in such an order. With this much work, people can survive and reproduce. A person has to allocate 6 hours of his time to other tasks. This is learning.

Human beings are evolving as humanity. Every century humanity progresses a little further. This advancement depends on the efforts people make for this purpose. Human evolution means producing new projects and implementing these new projects. Everyone, the child in the cradle, even the child in the womb, is trained for three hours a day. Accordingly, new life, further life is taught. A new project is produced in the remaining three hours.

There is a division of labor here. Scientists produce new projects. The people put them into practice.

The 24 hours of the day are divided as follows:

We get up at four o'clock in the morning. Cleaning is done, hands and face are washed. Three rakats of witr prayer are performed. Yamek is eaten. You come to the mosque before 6 in the morning. Two rakats of morning prayer are performed and work begins. This official job takes 6 hours. Meanwhile, the elderly, the sick and children are subjected to daily training. Those who want women can also do business. They gather at 12 o'clock, perform the noon prayer and go home. Food is eaten. Take a nap at noon. They come to the mosque in the afternoon. Afternoon prayer is performed at 15:00 and they go to work in the afternoon. Scientists do scientific work. Meanwhile, the public earns money by implementing new projects produced by scientists. In other words, people can spend these three hours either on science or on surplus production. They cause the development of the country. They come to the mosque at 6 o'clock in the evening, perform their prayers and go home. They have dinner at home and, if they wish, they come to the mosque after performing the two-rakat evvab prayer. They engage in joint learning, which is obligatory for 3 hours, in the mosque. After that, they disperse and go to bed.

This is how 24 hours pass with learning. They study all sciences as an interpretation of the Quran. This allows people to unite in knowledge. They build bridges between ages and between nations.

2- LEARNING-TEACHING

There is no teacher class in Islam. Everyone is obliged to teach what they know and learn what they do not know. Therefore, learning and teaching is everyone's human duty. Just as eating has no profession, sleep has no profession, science has no profession. It is the satisfaction of natural needs. How will this be achieved? In the evening, three-hour conversations will be held in congregation. Quran translations and interpretations will be read. These interpretations and translations will be prepared during the three-hour scientific study in the afternoon. That meaning and interpretation will be read to the congregation that evening. If there are questions, they will be answered.

The following method will be applied while preparing this translation and interpretation:

First of all, the Quran will be considered to have been revealed to that scientific committee that day. Comments will be made on the daily events of that day. The comments will be practical. So, what does the Quran command us to do? What did he command us today? This issue will be discussed and interpreted. The Quran will be explained using the sciences that emerged that day. Scientists will make comments among themselves based on scientific standards and procedural knowledge. They will also benefit from the Quran in the development of those sciences. However, in the end, they will reveal their own views and understanding of alliance. Thus, the Quran will be re-interpreted every day in every January. While researching and commenting on the Quran, listening to and understanding these interpretations, over time, a person becomes talking to God. Questions arise in your brain and are answered with the inspiration coming to your brain during the consultation. The questions and requests arising in your mind are your address to God. The inspiration that comes to your brain is what God has revealed to you. By the way, you may have misunderstood because your receptive brain is defective. In order to get rid of this as much as possible, it is necessary to ask questions together and evaluate the answers received by combining them, and this is ijma.

The advisory council is formed in the form of a ring. Everyone reveals what they know and teaches. Everyone listens and learns. Everyone is obliged to reveal what they know. It is obligatory for him. It is obligatory to listen to others and choose the best one and do it. Everyone has to participate in 6 hours of daily production every day. It is a producer. Apart from that, he must devote 3 hours of his time to learning and teaching. Again, this is obligatory for him. Scholars spend the remaining 3 hours producing knowledge and making projects, while others implement these new projects. They train in the form of master and apprentice. Moreover, there are neither vocational schools that only provide education, nor are there regular high schools and faculties.

3- READING-STUDYING

There is faulty education today. First, they are educated in the early ages and graduate. Then they are divided into professions, some becoming practitioners and some becoming teachers. This system is wrong. However, there should also be high schools and universities. For this reason, children are taught to read and write in the hearths for three years between the ages of 7 and 10. Their teachers are old grandparents. In these schools, which are like kindergartens, children from the cradle to the age of ten live together. Children under the age of 7 are not tested. Children between the ages of 7 and 10 are tested and given scientific degrees. After the age of 10, provincial education begins in sub-district centres. At the same time, workplaces for children are established here. Teachers become masters of children in these workplaces. They are made to produce. Jobs in these schools are financially supported.

The necessary credit for the work they will do is given only to these schools. It is not given to other businesses. Therefore, they are protected from the competition of adults. Their workplaces are established as foundations, thus avoiding the rent share while producing. Not only children, but also retired grandmothers and grandfathers and disabled people are employed here. Therefore, their information is used. Employment credits that are not given in other workplaces are supported by giving them here. In other words, it is subsidized with interest-free excess loans. No taxes are collected from them. This allows them to compete.

Apparently, schools exist. However, those who study and teach here make a living by working, studying and teaching. They finance themselves as a foundation. The principle of learning from cradle to grave is not damaged. The paid teacher system is also abolished. Because that type of education turns learning completely theoretical and useless.

4- RATING:

a) -PERMISSION

People do not have equal competence. They have varying degrees of exercising their rights. There are degrees in religion, science, profession and politics. The basis of this ranking is the representation system. Representation means taking power of attorney in joint affairs. The council consists of people's representatives. There is only one difference from a normal power of attorney. It is also necessary to have certain qualifications to become an attorney. Just as not everyone can be a lawyer today, not everyone can be a lawyer everywhere in Islam. In order to receive the power of attorney of the people, it is necessary to have the scientific, religious, professional and political competence to receive it. But this is not enough. A proxy must obtain power of attorney from a certain number of people. A minimum number of clients is required. These are representatives. Representatives also elect a common representative. The joint attorney makes decisions on their behalf where they disagree. It is taken unanimously. The person may not comply with this decision by changing the community. The difference between a president and a representative is that you have no way of changing him unless he leaves the community. Referees do not have the option of disobeying decisions.

Driving licenses are different in different social organizations.

There are initial, basic, primary, higher and superior levels in science. Their operational features are as follows.

Beginners with a license can only work under supervision. They can neither start nor maintain a business on their own. Those with basic qualifications cannot start a business on their own, but they can run a business on their own. Those who are first qualified can start and continue working in the jobs they graduated on their own. Those with basic qualifications can start a business. They can give the authority to supervise. Those with intermediate qualifications can read the projects. They can let things get done. Highly qualified people can do projects. Highly competent people set the rules for making projects.

These qualified persons should be determined. There is this difference between those who are qualified and those who are not.

This ranking is made by the representatives and is made by the committee formed by the representatives. Candidates can also rank themselves. In the ranking, not only the copyright degrees but also the degrees of appreciation are revealed.

c) -TEST

The test is done in writing. Preferential questions are asked, the examinee marks the option he/she prefers and does this with the machine. To avoid cheating in the exam, the question is asked on television or on the internet. Everyone gives their answer and immediately sees their rank. Every examiner asks the question himself. It is asked at that moment. If the question requires a different answer depending on the sect, it is asked with the name of the sect. If the questioner has coded the answer incorrectly, those being tested have the authority to go to the referees. If the referees condemn the questioner, that question will be cancelled. You are tested as if that question had not been asked. Reasoning questions may also be asked during the test. However, conclusions must be reached with simple calculations. In order to migrate to a town, there must be a house and workplace in that town to accommodate the person. The workplace may not be in that sub-district, but it must have a staff in one of the workplaces in the district center allocated to that sub-district. Anyone who wishes should be able to leave the district at any time. The ratio of those who left and those who want to move to the district shows the degree of success of that district. The majority of people who want to come to that district will make that district successful. The land covered by the district will also make those who work and live in that district successful. It makes it successful within the district. The division of the total population of the district into the district territory is also a success note for the district. We call this intensity. One of the success scores is the value of the wheat bill, which is the money of that district, together with the labor fee. What this means is this. It means that a person can produce a kilo of wheat there by working very little. In other words, that district is so prosperous. Finally, the average lifespan ensures the success of that district. It is also extremely easy to measure this. If you divide the population by those who died that year, the average lifespan of that year comes out there.

Apart from this, there are other success scores. The low number of crimes committed is among the success scores of the public share per capita. Public popularity is a mark of success. When making any provision, it is necessary to determine its success score. When evaluating the family institution;

The ratio between the number of married people and the number of unmarried people shows the strength of the family. The number of married people with children under the age of fifteen shows that the family institution works efficiently. The low number of divorces shows that a successful family law is being formed in that district. The number of people sitting and eating together represents a successful family. If this union consists of economic necessities, it cannot be considered successful. Therefore, if they live together even though their per capita income is high, they are successful families.

Another measurement value is nisab. Nisab means the amount of movable assets per family. The middle value of this is the poverty-richness line. It is different for each parish. It is measured in terms of gold value. On the other hand, per capita income is another value, it shows the poverty line. This is measured in terms of wheat value.

Apparently, there are many success marks. In general, all of them in one district tend towards success. One of these can be chosen as the unit, for example average life.
